The hotel was very clean, staff was friendly, the pool was nice. The restaurant attached to it was overpriced and the food was not good. Me and my son had cereal, my daughter had the kids pancakes and bacon, my husband got the chicken fried steak breakfast (didn’t eat it because it was not good and it was taken off our bill) and our bill was $44. The room was nice and had lots of places for luggage. The bathroom was kind of small. But ultimately it was a great stay. The location is awesome. It’s right on the beach and it’s a short walk to dining and shopping.

I do not appreciate paying for marketing fees and community support fees for a very large chain hotel. You have enough money to do your own marketing and to support this community without nickel and diming guests without consent. Don’t take credit for doing a good work when you are taking from guests rather Than contributing out of your profit. Just wrong.

Great location, upscale facilities
Newly built pool, bar and adjacent huge tiki bar restaurant on the beach. Walking distance to countless shops and restaurants. Only negative is room smelled like a dog since they allow dogs, go figure. Also new hot tub was not functioning.

the out door pool, tiki hut and access to the ocean were all great. room 320 was very musty and the shower did not work. we would never stay in this room again. they let us stay in another room next and it was better however it was still very dated and dingy

Nice and enjoyable trip!
I appreciate the front desk agents they were very welcoming and very helpful! They switched us to a different room which was more comfortable and spacious”2 queen beds deluxe suite junior” was a plus to our family. The staff were also amazing! I will definitely recommend the beach house resort and we will definitely come back. Thank you guys!

This hotel is right on the beach, clean, and has many amenities. The Porch restaurant is located in the lobby, as well has a huge Tiki Hut bar area you can access from the beach as well as the hotel! It is walkable to Coligny Beach Plaza with many shops and bar & grill type restaurants. Room was big and nicely decorated! Easy parking and the wristbands as keycards are very convenient, no digging in a purse or pocket!

The recent renovation is great! There is plenty of lounging room around the swimming pool. The renovation of the Tiki Bar added space and the music is less intrusive in the other hotel areas. They kept an excellent service and a good restaurant. Of course, the proximity to the beach is just wonderful, giving you whatever you need for a relaxing time off in one location.
