We employ a professional cleaning service known for their meticulous preparation of the property. They determine their cleaning fee, which we find fair given the excellent work they consistently deliver.- Notifying the guest contact of any cleanliness concerns during your stay would've enabled us to promptly address them while you were in residence.- The kitchen boasts brand new appliances, all recently updated and in excellent working condition. We haven't received any other comments about the exhaust from previous guests, but we'll keep an eye on this.- The listing and photos provide information about the size of the unit and storage options, empowering guests to make informed decisions that align with their needs before booking.- Regarding the A/C, guests are welcome to set the temperature to their comfort level, as we don't control this feature. We encourage guests to reach out during their stay if they need assistance operating the thermostat, as we're always happy to help.- You informed us about the issue with the outlets on your last day, which unfortunately didn't allow us the opportunity to assist during your stay. Our maintenance team promptly investigated upon receiving your report. They discovered that the breaker had tripped, and it was quickly resolved.- We used a professional photographer for the villa, so the features you see on the listing are accurately advertised. - From us here at Evolve, the damage protection payment is standard for all Evolve properties and serves to protect both homeowners and guests from damages during the stay.
