The home is conveniently located within a 5 min bike ride of the Beach and Plantation Clubs as well as equidistant to both South Beach and Harbour Town. You simply couldn't be in a more central location to experience the best of Sea Pines! Make the short 10-minute bike ride to South Beach where you can grab a bite to eat at the renowned Salty Dog Cafe. Head the other direction for a 10-minute bike ride to Harbour Town to hear Gregg Russell play guitar under the Liberty Oak.

* 5 min bike ride to beach, Sea Pines Bike Trail crosses driveway, Private Seasonally Heated Pool and Spa, Coded Keyless Entry, Access to Sea Pines Amenities.
* 1 Dog less than 50 lbs or 2 dogs less than 20 lbs each allowed with payment of pet fee which is $200/stay and will be billed separately after booking is confirmed. Exceptions may be considered, so please inquire directly about your pup situation if not within guidelines. No puppies less than 1 yr old, or dogs of the following breeds or mixes: German Shepherd, Doberman Pinscher, Rottweiler, Chow, Pit Bull, Staffordshire Terrier, Bullmastiff, Husky, Alaskan Malamute, Great Dane, St. Bernard, Akita, Rhodesian Ridgeback.
* No charge to heat the pool and spa Mid March to Mid November - saves $600-$1000/week. Neither can be heated during other dates. Please inquire about heat during Thanksgiving week.
* 3-4 night minimum stay typically required. Weekly Summer rentals (Sat to Sat). Contact for monthly snowbird rates Nov-Feb.
* One car pass is paid at the time of your reservation. Additional Sea Pines car passes are confirmed prior to arrival and charged at $21/week per car.
* Welcome letter, car passes, and unique door code are mailed to you 3-4 weeks prior to arrival so you can avoid any lines at the gate.
* Guests are invited to download our Guest App a couple weeks prior to your stay with all the information you'll need at your fingertips for your vacation.

Family get together
Great for us. We had our grown kids, significant others and our two young grandkids. We all had our own rooms and bathroom which was perfect. There was a tub for the little ones. Lots of great puzzles for the little ones and games and books for adults. Pool with shade was perfect. We had an air conditioner issue one day and it was taken care of immediately . Great location, easy bike to beach and south beach. Our family had a great trip.

Well appointed and Spotless
Great spot in the middle of Sea Pines. Spacious, and perfect for four couples, or two families needing two bedrooms each. House is well-appointed, with great kitchen items and a Weber grill that works like new. Pool and spa are super, as well. Excellent communal area. Host was super helpful and directions and instructions were easily accessible. Don’t forget to rent your bikes, as you’ll definitely want these!

Out family stayed for two weeks and wish it could have been longer. Great property and great location in Sea Pines. Communication with Jonathan was easy and quick. Highly recommend this rental.

Simply perfect
We've never been to Hilton Head before so when we booked this house, we weren't sure what to expect. It ended up being perfect for what we needed. It was clean and well stocked with just about everything we needed. We're definitely planning on coming back to the island and this house in the future!

The house worked very well for our group! We enjoyed being in Sea Pines and the house is nicely located, although a bit too far to walk the babies (and stuff!) to the beach! Loved the pool, and the gate at the top of the outside stairs was very helpful for us. We also enjoyed the games available to play! A wonderful vacation!

Wonderful Beach Home
We loved our time at this lovely home. The house was well-equipped for all our needs. The best part of the home is the covered deck and pool. Loved sitting on the deck watching all the wildlife in the morning. The pool and hot tub were perfect and we appreciated being able to heat the hot tub and pool as the weather was a little cool. We had a great week with family and can’t wait to return!

Perfect family property.
This is a perfect family house for a sea pines vacation. Easy access to the beach, golf club, beach club and south beach. Harbor town and Lawton stables were just a short bike ride or trolley away. The house was in great condition and equip with all the items we needed to make meals at home. They had some backpack beach chairs in the garage too which were perfect for riding to the beach on your bike. Communication was superb. We have stayed in quite a few places in sea pines over the years and this has to be one of the best we have had. We were regularly updated and sent all information timely leading up to our trip. Highly recommended!

We have stayed at this property three times and it is fantastic for our family. Great location for bike rides to South Beach, Harbor Town and Coligney and the beach. Away from the traffic further north on the island. Absolutely love this property and plan on future vacations here as well.

Great Thanksgiving week vacation in Sea Pines
Wonderful location in Sea Pines Plantation and plenty of room for our family. This was our first time visiting Hilton Head not in the summer months and we will definitely be back. We will certainly consider this property in the future. The home was clean upon arrival and well-equipped with everything we needed…even to make a traditional Thanksgiving dinner! Wonderful Property
My wife and I are very particular when renting homes. Jonathon made this one a can’t miss. Direct communication and a spotless home, well outfitted ina great location. We want to book it for a month this winter but it’s already taken. Great location with a trail in front of the property. Short walk to the beach and also it is pet friendly. Great shade for the pool if you want to avoid e xposure and a covered porch as well. After renting more than 8 homes in various locations, look nowhere else, this is your home. We shall return!

Birthday Celebration in Sea Pines
Four couples stayed at the Carolina Cottage for a long weekend to celebrate my birthday. It was a perfect setup for 4 couples as each bedroom has its own bathroom. The house is not huge, but the open floor plan was great an allowed eight adults to sit comfortably in both the living room and kitchen. We took full advantage of the heated pool and spa. We took a daily dip in late afternoon watching the wildlife and enjoying a pre-dinner cocktail. The house is close to the beach which was nice. We enjoyed the area greatly and would rent this place again. We inadvertently locked ourselves out of the house which is NOT very easy to do. LOL However, Jonathan responded to my call immediately and we were back in action within minutes. Thank you!

House was as advertised. Owner amenities were above expectations. Even provided beach chairs and umbrellas which was unexpected. Proximity to the beach was a little further than we would have preferred but not a deal breaker. Had a couple very minor issues and the owner/property manager responded very quickly to resolve. Only complaint is that the house is very dark inside. Even during mid day sun the living area is so dark you have to have lights on. We have rented houses in Fla, NC and SC beaches before and never experienced this before. For that reason I would not rent this property again however other than that the house was very nice. One other thing. The bathrooms are all very small. Seems very odd because the living space is large and open. Just a very strange design.

Great House for Family/Friends to Stay!
This was my family’s first vacation to HHI. We had 8 adults, two children and two dogs and there was plenty of room for all of us. This house is very accommodating for a family or friends to stay. House is very well equipped. All the kitchen pans, pots, utensils, coffee pots etc. is supplied. Bathrooms are fully stocked with necessities too. House is VERY clean. Pool was a major plus as the adults and kids enjoyed that as well. Host was very attentive to questions and response was quick. I can say for our first trip (but definitely not our last) to HHI, we all had a wonderful stay here. Left with a lot of great memories that our children and grandchildren will remember forever!

Wow-Best VRBO Property!
This place was unbelievable. The house was very clean, perfectly stocked with cookware/utensils/dishes, great layout for families, and had a truly fenced in backyard with pool and hot tub. The location was perfect- 5 minute bike ride to the beach, 5 minute bike ride to play golf, and 15 minute bike ride to Sea Pines Racquet Club. The whole community has bike paths everywhere so it was quite easy to get around. Jonathan was amazing with communication and organization within the house. Honestly, this was one of the best VRBO house experiences we’ve had. We will certainly be back for another stay. Thanks Jonathan!

This is a wonderful property, great location, and super organized. We were a smaller group, but this spot would be perfect for a larger gathering with super easy access to so many amenities! We would highly recommend it to friends and family!
