DIRECT OCEANFRONT with Million Dollar Views Top Floor/end unit

Oceanfront top floor unit that was completely remodeled in May of 2016. This is an end unit and very private. Watch the sunrise from your private balcony and living area. Also, the balcony and unit are shaded in the afternoon, so very comfortable sitting outside having evening cocktails. Mirrored wall in the living room makes you think the ocean is all around you. The sea breeze from the balcony is amazing and no need for a ceiling fan on the deck. Walking distance to the heart of Hilton Head, Coligny.

Stainless appliances, new sofa in June 2022, chair and table with chairs, deck pub table and chairs made out of decking material is just beautiful and perfect for looking out at the beach.

Great view but not worth the detractors.
Awesome location, gorgeous view and straightforward check-in directions. However, the properly is poorly maintained. Cabinets are missing handles, the garbage can has been broken for months based on other reviews, there were only two coffee mugs total and one k cup. There is laundry advertised in the listing but no detergent or dryer sheets provided. Worst of all there were many bugs in the unit when I returned from dinner. Communication was okay leading up to the stay but I inquired about both the detergent and the bugs and never heard back. There are much better places with similar views.

Million Dollar View
The view from this unit has a spectacular. The weather wasn't good for the beach, but it would have been easy to get to with the walkway just at the bottom of the stairs. Unit was furnished with all the necessities. Close to shopping and restaurants.

HHI Condo with a Million Dollar View
The online description was very accurate. The view from this condo was absolutely perfect!! You could ask for a better location. The condo was very clean and the kitchen & bathroom was well stocked. The owner was very responsive & easy to work with. We would definitely stay here again!!

Great stay. The condo is up 4 flights of stairs. There is an elevator that is on the opposite end of property. That could be an inconvenience for some. We sould book again today.

Beautiful view-Great Location!
We enjoyed our stay in this clean and comfortable villa! We especially liked our time on the patio with the gorgeous view and sounds of the ocean! We rented bikes and had fun biking around the island. We would stay here again!

Great location
If you want to be right off of the beach, with a fairly private balcony and great views, this is it. The condo is clean, with some rough edges though. Any shortcomings are made up for with the location, great parking and easy beach access.

Labor Day Vacation Stay
Overall a very good stay at this property. Have stayed here twice before and this was probably best stay. Since we were there last, there is a new couch and sliding glass door to porch which had needed attention. Minor issues to consider addressing: bathroom blow dryer works but is old and not appealing-looking; kitchen trash can lid doesn’t work and falls off. Pros: location 2 blocks from Coligny square; absolutely fabulous view of beach and sunrise as always - this view can’t be beaten! Communication with owner was excellent prior to arrival about a scheduling issue. - he was very responsive. Again very good stay. Would stay here yet again.

Very clean , nicely decorated, with updated appliances. Nice mattress. We’ve stayed here before and many different Seaside Villas units. This is the nicest, before any including it’s the top corner unit too.

Place was small but everthing worked well. Place would be great for 2 adults or maybe 2 adults. And 1 or 2 small childen. We had 3 adults and it was a bit tight but fine. View from room was very nice of the ocean.

Great little space!

This unit was in an older complex. We chose it for the view which was nice. Some negatives was lack of A/C in bedroom which made sleeping very uncomfortable. There was also hardly any room on either side of the bed to safely walk to the bathroom during the night without bumping into the bed frame. The air conditioner was extremely noisy and leaked on the balconey so walking baefoot there was not an option. Lastly, smokers below us kind of ruied our enjoyment of the balcony. The complex really should prohibit this.

Great location on the beach, cute condo near Coligny
Enjoyed this property for its amazing location, loved walking to the beach for sunrise. Condo was clean, and very cute. It is pretty small and I'm not sure it would be comfortable for more than 2-3 people but it was a good size for us (me and my husband). Property manager was very easy to work with.
