HVAC is through wall unit which felt clammy air returns filthy and rusted wall units 2
Left one day early asked for a refund and was denied

Beautiful view-Great Location!
Publié le 29 sept. 2024 sur HomeAwayWe enjoyed our stay in this clean and comfortable villa! We especially liked our time on the patio with the gorgeous view and sounds of the ocean! We rented bikes and had fun biking around the island. We would stay here again!

Perfect Location

Great location

The condo is clean, with some rough edges though. Any shortcomings are made up for with the location, great parking and easy beach access.

Labor Day Vacation Stay
Publié le 2 sept. 2024 sur HomeAwayOverall a very good stay at this property. Have stayed here twice before and this was probably best stay. Since we were there last, there is a new couch and sliding glass door to porch which had needed attention. Minor issues to consider addressing: bathroom blow dryer works but is old and not appealing-looking; kitchen trash can lid doesn’t work and falls off. Pros: location 2 blocks from Coligny square; absolutely fabulous view of beach and sunrise as always - this view can’t be beaten! Communication with owner was excellent prior to arrival about a scheduling issue. - he was very responsive. Again very good stay. Would stay here yet again.

Awesome Property
Publié le 19 août 2024 sur HomeAwayVery clean , nicely decorated, with updated appliances. Nice mattress. We’ve stayed here before and many different Seaside Villas units. This is the nicest, before any including it’s the top corner unit too.

Ocean stay
Publié le 6 juill. 2024 sur HomeAwayPlace was small but everthing worked well. Place would be great for 2 adults or maybe 2 adults. And 1 or 2 small childen. We had 3 adults and it was a bit tight but fine. View from room was very nice of the ocean.

Great little space!
Publié le 30 juin 2024 sur HomeAwayGreat place to stay but the bedroom is HOT! The owner does provide fans and such to help with this problem so that is nice. The view is the best thing about this place, can’t be beat.
