Unit had many negative issues

Kitchen had cabinet issues, master bath had faucet issues, stove, back screen door and a chair needed attention due to repairs needed, and there were large containers of paint that took up a third of the bedroom closet. Management was not attentive as well. Not worth the money charged for 5 nights……

Pleasant stay near beach

This location is in walkable distance to the beach (10-15 min) and 3 min drive with parking passes included for beach. The condo was clean and dog friendly. We were comfortable walking our goldendoodle around the complex and had multiple areas for her to roam/ sniff out. Everyone in this complex is dog friendly. The condo is located in a convenient area close to the beach and resturants. Perfect for a relaxing get away. Hope to go back soon!

Great location and spacious... just a few suggestions

This property has a great location on the island! Within walking distance to pickleball, golf, and the beach! The condo is very spacious. We didn't feel overcrowded at all. The biggest concern was the cleanliness of the floors. They need a deep scrub, not a dusting. Our feet/socks were black within a few minutes. Pros: Comfortable beds and large rooms Amazing location!! Lots of items for cooking included Quick check-in but not located right next to the condo Many pools in the neighborhood Books, games, and puzzles in the living room were a nice touch Cons/suggestions: Deep clean the floors A few more things like hand soap and garbage bags would be nice. A high chair for toddlers would be helpful Moldy shower curtain liner Wish you could just check in by going to the room instead of the official office. Overall a great stay and would recommend

Several items needing addressed

Outside property fine. Broken toilet seat and cover, mold on shower curtains, vent in dining room on ceiling covered in dust, floors had been swept but not mopped, very dirty. Went and bought cleaning cloths to clean floors. Left message with property manager Sunday morning- no return call 2nd message left Monday morning- no return call Finally went to office on Tuesday morning to finally have communication. Very disappointed and at this point would not use Vacasa again This was our second time at same unit

Multiple issues with appliances

On the second day of our stay I reported several issues to Vacasa, fridge did not work, useless grill, damaged vacuum, dishwasher, among others. Some were solved, but took 11 days to get a new fridge. It’s very disappointing the lack of maintenance and delay in response. We booked and paid the rental +3 months in advance, it’s unacceptable that we had to spend our family vacations in such conditions Local support team was trying to deal with +45 properties during the busiest time of the year. If Vacasa and owners are offering vacation rental they should be better prepared to assist renters in a more efficient way. Happy to provide evidence and pictures of this issues

Disappointed with this particular property

Having stayed in Queens Grant before, I was disappointed with this property. Upon arrival immediately noticed the toilet seat in guest bath was broken. No excuse for this oversight. Both the master and guest bath shower controls need replacing. Fan in master looks like it could fall from the ceiling any minute. Guest room comforters are worn and dull. The master bedroom tv volume doesn’t work. One miniature bar of soap per bathroom is not sufficient. Not a particularly comfortable or restful time. Didn’t stay the second night.
