Elegance at the beach -Ocean View Villa, Gorgeous!

Completely redesigned second floor ocean view villa in the heart of Hilton Head's main beach. Everything in the place is new. Comfy King Bed, beautiful kitchen, stand up shower, new flooring, counter tops and much more. Completely remodeled in the spring of 2019. All in walking distance to Coligny Plaza and the Tiki Hut. My wife, Kendall, and I own several places at Seaside and manage several more of other owners, we are here if you need us. Seaside Villas is an oceanfront complex located about 2 blocks from Coligny Plaza with numerous restaurants, entertainment and shops. Can only occupy 1 parking spot. There are spots under the building that can hold 2 vehicles, but all parking is 1st come. Only 1 parking permit will be issued, don't block anyone in.

Beautiful place. But the only downside is entering and exiting condo has to be through the bedroom. This was a challenge with a infant sleeping in the bedroom.

All as advertised - location is prime! Responsiveness is excellent. Planning to return. Only small issue we had was with the dishwasher - maybe we are just old . Seems like it doesn’t completely latch and so once it didn’t drain - not a big issue at all

My cousin and I have stayed in this condo 3x and love it every time. It’s well decorated/clean, nice view of the ocean and comfortable bed/pillows. There has been a small amount of laundry detergent, dish soap, paper towels, garbage bags, etc. which is really nice when a person is flying in. Beach sunrises are gorgeous and worth waking up early for 😎

Beautifully decorated condo. Perfect for a couple. Everything was exactly as stated in the description. Great communication with the host - restaurant recommendations, checking in to make sure everything was okay and to see if we needed anything. Loved the anniversary cookies waiting for us upon arrival. Would definitely recommend this condo. We hope to stay there again.
