Please Note: North Shore Place is undergoing structural building enhancements starting this September with expected completion at the end of January. . These improvements include a fresh resurfacing of the pool deck, fixing damaged concrete and replacing fire sprinkler piping in the parking garage. There will be time that work will be noisy and access to individual units and parts of the building will be restricted for short periods of time. During this time, the pool and spa may be temporarily closed, however, access to the SeaCrest oceanfront pool will still be available to guests. Guests that choose to book during this construction period thru the end of January 2025 will receive a 20% room/tax refund should construction noise disrupt your peaceful enjoyment of our condo. Now... onto the condo description...

This is a Vacation... Your Going To Love 405 North Shore Place! Especially our wonderful brand-new renovations including new flooring, stainless-steel GE appliances, quartz countertops, dining and pendant lighting, coastal-themed art and new furnishings including all new master suite bedroom furniture, plus a new AC system!

At North Shore you will want to select a 4th floor unit (like ours), to enjoy the incredible convenience of being mere steps from the awesome rooftop pool and hot tub.

North Shore Place is perfectly located in close proximity to the wonderful shops, restaurants, watering holes and beachfront tiki bars that abound in the Coligny Circle and Coligny Plaza area. In fact, it is the closest condo complex to Coligny Plaza, affectionately know as Hilton Head's unofficial downtown, and we even provide shopping carts for the nearby Piggly Wiggly grocery store. And a short walk away across a quiet street is Hilton Head's best beach and North Shore Place's 'sister property', Sea Crest. North Shore guests are invited to freely use one of the oceanfront pools at Sea Crest and enjoy the frozen libations that are whipped-up by local legend, Pool Bar Jim, as he hosts the popular Sea Crest poolside bar/grill. Talk about the best of both worlds... you have your own private rooftop pool at North Shore plus an oceanfront pool at Sea Crest.

Our unit is located on the best floor at North Shore... the 4th, which is the same level as the rooftop pool and hot tub. What a sight when the elevator doors open and you gaze upon the beautiful pool area with the magnificent ocean backdrop.

As you enter our spacious unit you will see the dining area with seating for six to your immediate left and the guest bedroom with two brand new full beds and full bath to your right. The large, fully-equipped kitchen is cleverly positioned in the center of the unit which creates a very open and roomy feel. Past the kitchen is the ample living room with seating for six (including a queen sleeper/sofa), and a large screen HDTV. Located off the living room is the generous master bedroom suite with king bed and wonderfully designed bathroom with separate, private vanity area.

And then there is the amazing balcony. This really is what makes our unit very special since it is private (we are an end unit), and large enough to provide our guests with the opportunity to sit outside and enjoy a meal or beverage at the outdoor dining table with seating for four, or take a break and relax on the included lounge chairs. The view from the balcony is awesome as you overlook Coligny Plaza through the treetops and have wonderful ‘peek-a-boo’ views of the ocean as well.

We provide four beach chairs, umbrella. tote wagon and beach towels for your trips to the beach.

You can definitely can leave your car parked in North Shore's covered parking garage and walk or bike ride to all of the great Hilton Head action. Enjoy the perfect Hilton Head Island vacation at our North Shore Place condo!​

Comfortable occupancy for our condo is six with two adults on king bed, one adult/child on each full bed and two adults/children on sleeper sofa. If you are a family with two adults and six children that wouldn’t mind sharing a full bed this condo can accommodate up to eight.

Please note: from May 1 - September 30 we rent from Saturday - Saturday only with a one week minimum stay.

The perfect place!
My two teenager boys, their friends and his mom came for a long weekend over fall break. The condo was beautiful and so clean. We loved having coffee on the balcony in the morning and enjoyed it after a day at the beach, too. The close proximity to Coligny Plaza, the beach, and many other shopping and dining options alloys to park the car and just relax. If we had any questions or concerns Brian was always quick and thorough to respond. I would definitely recommend and would love to return!

Exactly as described, and perfect for our family!
We love Coligny, and this location was absolutely perfect! The condo came equipped with everything we needed- communication was great, they were very responsive to help us coordinate additional items, ie: a pack and play for our daughter. The porch was wonderful for breakfast in the morning and listening to music from the restaurants in Coligny at night while our kids were in bed. The pool was right outside the door, which was very convenient, but we also enjoyed the larger pool across the street which had beach access. The locker outside the front door was stocked with chairs and a wagon which was also extremely helpful for getting our family to enjoy the beach! Overall, it was a wonderful stay- highly recommend!

We have been coming to HHI for years. This is our first stay in a condo not a house. There were 5 of us and we had enough room for everyone. The location, chairs, umbrella's, and chart made our walk to the beach easy.

Perfect location for relaxation!!
This 2BR, 2BA Unit was the perfect location to just go w/the flow. We only moved the car once all week when we went on the day trip to Daufuskie Island! Piggly Wiggly & the shops across the street were literally a hop, skip, & a jump from the unit & the grocery carts onsite were perfect! The plethora of pool choices was awesome with one directly on our floor! There was a great blender for frozen margaritas in the unit & the box fans were a nice touch as we usually sleep w/a fan on @ home. The king size bed slept wonderfully w/all the pillows anyone could want! My wife & I had a perfect, relaxing 14th anniversary & had absolutely everything we could’ve asked for!! Thanks so much for allowing us the pleasure of staying @ your villa for the week! We’ll definitely have to return soon!!

This place was 10 out of 10!!! Amazing location and super modern. Beds were so comfy and hosts were great at communicating with us. There is an amazing beach right across the street and the hosts provided plenty of beach stuff. There was a wagon, four chairs, boogie board, sand toys and also umbrellas. There are several pools you can use and Pool Bar Jim’s was our favorite. We are a family of 5 and had the best time! Tons of space, would rent again for sure!!!

Great rental and amazing views!
This was an amazing rental! The unit was very clean, smelled nice and pest free, these are some of the major things we look for in a rental. This unit was recently renovated and all of the rooms are very nice and have nice furnishings, the kitchen was really beautiful! The bedrooms and both bathrooms were very spacious! The view from the balcony was awesome, especially watching the sunset! It’s in walking distance to Coligney beach and all of the shopping and restaurants in the plaza right across the street. The parking area is under the building and is gated with a security code. Even the elevator required a security code to access it. This building also has a beautiful pool and hot tub on the same level which we used everyday. You can see the beach from the pool area. They also provided a discount code for one of the local bike rental shops down the street. We went in and got fitted for our bikes and they delivered them and locked them up in one of the many bike racks inside the secured garage. We rode the bikes everyday. The rental shop picked up the bikes when we left for home. One of the things that I also liked was that the owners were very responsive to messages which I appreciated. In summary, my family really enjoyed our stay at this fantastic unit would be happy to stay here again in the future and highly recommend it to anyone else looking for a beautiful rental right in the middle of everything and close enough to walk/bike everywhere!

Cannot say enough great thing about the condo. It was clean and beautiful. Most of all the location was perfect! We could walk everywhere. Didn't use our car the whole week, it was glorious! Beach was beautiful, great restaurants, shops, and ice cream! The host was very responsive and helpful. The whole experience was amazing from start to finish. Hilton Head is our new favorite family vacation place! Definitely would stay here again!

We had a fantastic week at North Shore 405 - it was an amazing location for the beach, shopping, and restaurants. The condo worked very well for our girls trip and we especially enjoyed the patio and access to the Seacrest beach/pool. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in 405 North Shore Place! We loved the proximity to the pool. It was super convenient for us with a toddler. The master bedroom bed was comfortable. The condo was very clean! We enjoyed relaxing on the patio overlooking Coligny. We could listen to live music every night. It's only a short walk to the beach. The owner's provided a beach wagon and chairs which was less that we had to pack. The condo is steps away from everything at Coligny; dinner, coffee, breakfast, ice cream and shopping! The covered/gated Parking is also a plus. We parked our car and never had to leave the vicinity until time to go home. We are looking forward to our next vacation at North Shore Place!

We are two friends who enjoy different vacation destinations and we thought this condo offers excellent value for the money. It is centrally located to shops, dining, beech access and more. We loved the deck space for an afternoon cocktail. The beds are comfortable, and the decor is charming. We loved everything about it and would rent it again. It actually exceeded our expectations.
