Publié le 27 oct. 2024 sur HomeAwayThe check in and communication with our owner was great- the condo is in a bunch of older condo's- this one is on the first floor with stairs that you need to climb - door is a combo- you walk into the only bedroom which was clean , the bed is comfortable-the shower is a walk in and great- no water pressure though which we knew by the other comments- then the kitchenette and small living area- very functional- couch is older- balcony has a table and chairs to have coffee , pretty view of grounds and sunrise. The beach is very close with a huge pool and chairs. He provides beach chairs and 2 towels-awesome beach. There are Bathrooms close and a great food/drink hut by the pool with bar type food. There are also so many places to eat - a Publix and Outlets a mile away.

Thank you for your feedback, we always welcome people letting others know how their stay went. I did however want to clear up some of your comments for others.
Most of the condos on Hilton Head are at least 35 years old as there has been very little building on the island as there are zoning issues along with available land, so HHBT fits right in with other properties on the island. Constant work is being done to keep everything warm and inviting with clean grounds, buildings, huge onsite amenities and also boast the islands largest outdoor pool.
Yes, the condo is on the 1st Floor, but you do have to walk up 5-6 steps to reach that floor as the complex is all raised up for Hurricane/Flooding reasons.
We are shocked you felt the Couch was "Old" as it was purchased just 1.5 years ago.
Yes, we do supply 2 Beach Chairs and hope that our guests take care of them, but we do not supply beach towels. But 3 Bundles of Towels for the bathroom are there for your stay.

Perfect short getaway
Publié le 14 oct. 2024 sur HomeAwayPerfect place to stay for two active adults. We checked in at 4pm to a clean, well maintained, condo that appeared to be recently updated. The pool and beach are only steps away. The condo itself comes wity everything a person to cook at home if they want. Perfect for two adults who spend most of their time outdoors but want to relax in a comfortable, nice, cozy place in the evenings.

Good location close to beach and pool
Publié le 1 oct. 2024 sur HomeAwayOverall this was a nice condo. The complex is older but this unit had some nice upgrades including newer kitchen and bath. This was very close to the pool area which was nice and also the beach. The layout of the unit was a little different as you entered directly into the bedroom and walked through to get to living, kitchen area. The unit is oceanfront but because the complex sits lower behind the dunes there is no direct view of the ocean. We were there in off season so limited restaurant choices on site. However lots of choices within easy drive to restaurants and shopping.

Marie, Thank you for your feedback...it is always appreciated. Just to touch on a couple of your comments. The resort has only 2 restaurants on site. They are both open everyday, but after Labor Day the hours of the Poolside bar and restaurant do change, but there is no limit in terms of them being closed.
The Room is called an open floor plan that takes major renovation to accomplish. By opening up the front space allows for a King Bed. The original footprint of these condos does not allow for that without the renovation. The resort Ocean Villas are 3 stories high...due to the rules of the island they have to stand back from the Dunes. Yes, the Resort is Oceanfront but to get views will depend on the location and floor of the unit. The beautiful thing about this condo is some of the privacy and it is as close to the pool and beach as you can get.

Great condo and location
Publié le 1 sept. 2024 sur HomeAwayYou can’t beat this resort’s location and amenities. The condo was a tad smaller than expected but it was just the two of us and we were provided plenty of everything we needed.
He isn’t kidding, the beach is really only 200 steps away AND on the way to the beach is the enormous pool complete with ice cream and snacks for the kids and a grill with food and snacks for the adults. The beach is huge and the beach staff are extremely helpful including drilling the hole for your umbrella, putting your umbrella in and setting up chairs. Note: You need to reserve this. They have a DJ Friday and Saturday afternoon then a live band and an outdoor movie at the pool on Saturday afternoon/evening.
Recommend a car. We went this past week and were able to get a full-size Nissan Altima for $43 a day from the actual Hilton Head Airport on the island a mere 1.4 miles from the condo.
We had a great time, Kevin was completely on top of everything and very responsive with communication.

Publié le 26 juin 2024 sur HomeAwayOverall the property was great. The room was very clean, updated and had everything we needed for our stay. The proximity to the beach was great. It was only a minute to the pool and two to the beach. The only downside was due to the size of our family. Although we only have two young children it did seem like the space itself was a little small for us. With the pull out bed open there was not enough room to use the living space without putting it away each morning. If it were just the two of us we would have had no issues with the size of the space.

Weekend Getaway
