After sharing your feedback with the homeowner, they’d like to address the following:-The property does not include an iron due to local rental regulations, but we apologize if this caught you off guard.-While the pool is not heated, it is available for guest use year-round, and we regret that the temperature affected your enjoyment.-The home undergoes routine maintenance, but we understand that early morning noise can be disruptive. Maintenance hours are typically scheduled from 8 AM to 8 PM to minimize guest inconvenience, and we’ll continue coordinating with the crew to avoid disruptions.-The bedroom features a queen-size bed (not a full), and the bunk beds are twin-size, not camper-size, as listed. Additionally, the sofa bed is queen-size to comfortably accommodate extra guests.-The walk to the beach is about a 3-minute stroll, as described in the listing, though we understand preferences for proximity can vary.-While no one has previously mentioned a mold odor, we take all guest concerns seriously and will investigate further to ensure everything is in order.-We’re sorry the mattress didn’t meet your comfort preferences and will inspect it for any issues.-Both the front and bathroom doors will be checked and repaired to ensure they function properly.-The TVs are in working order, but we will investigate any potential connectivity issues with the Wi-Fi to enhance the experience for future guests.We appreciate your detailed feedback and are confident these insights will help us improve the guest experience for future travelers. We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following:-Towels are replaced annually with high-quality, 100% cotton ones from Belk.-The sofa bed is only two years old and was selected from Rooms-to-Go for its quality.-The bathroom has had recent updates, including a refinished tub and a new toilet installed last year.We appreciate your feedback so we can continue to improve and help this homeowner provide guests with the 5-star service they are known for.
