Property can sleep up to 20 comfortably depending on sleeping arrangements. The home is located in a gated community and is a easy walk to the beach on pathways and sidewalks. The beach also has a parking lot if you prefer to drive. The home is 4 stories and offers an elevator. The pool is on the ground level, it is heated and screened in to allow enjoyable bug free times. The main floor of the house offers a large great room for family and friends to gather. The dining room table seats 10 and their is additional seating at the island. The main level also includes a bedroom and full bathroom. The third level includes the master bedroom with a spacious walk in shower and two additional bedrooms with queen beds. Their is also a laundry room. The fourth level includes a bedroom with two queen beds as well as two bunk beds each having a full and two twins. We offer a crib and high chair for infants.
This is a great property ad it will make your stay in Hilton Head Island that much more enjoyable Rear yard is fenced. Golf cart available for rent, check availability at time of booking, Must be 25 +, have drivers license and insurance to rent.

11 of our family members stayed at this beautiful place! 2 of the 3 mornings we drove to Parris Island, and it really was not a bad drive! 3 nights was certainly not enough, but was all we had this trip! We're looking forward to a return trip! Everything was marvelous!

Peace by the beach
From the moment we walked into the home, it felt very much like home. It was roomy, spacious, clean, and the owner was really on point with communication. The pool was warm and the hot tub was a plus. We used the fire pit a lot. We loved every part of what the amenities had to offer. The living and dining space and kitchen were an open floor concept and it worked great for when we all wanted to hang out. All the beds were super comfortable. The games on the fourth floor was a bonus. The place itself was super clean and designed for peace and relaxation. All the thoughtful decorations were on point as well. The walk to the beach isn’t far at all. It’s pretty much a straight shot once you get out of the gated community. About a 9 minute walk, but if you’re biking you can get there within 4-5 minutes. The house also has an elevator which was awesome for my elderly mom to navigate up and down the levels. It also made it easier for taking our luggage up and down too. It was fully stocked in the kitchen and the owner made sure you didnt just get a starter pack which is also a plus. This house is amazing and we would definitely stay here again when we come to visit Hilton head. Thank you for letting us stay in your home for our vacation. We really loved it.

This is a very well maintained home in a development close to the beach. The owner, Michael, makes sure the house is well stocked with everything you need besides food. Charcoal, campfire wood, spices and more than enough dishes for a large group. He even called us the day of check in and offered us the home earlier than check in.

Beautiful home. Owner was responsive and extremely helpful and easy to work with. Never stayed in such a well stocked house. The house had everything including charcoal for the grill and wood for the fire pit. The pool and hot tub were great and the elevator came in very handy for my elderly mother. Would definitely stay here again.

This house worked perfectly for our family of 4 adults and 7 kids ranging in age from 5 mo to 12years old. The elevator was an absolute life saver for transporting luggage to the 3rd and 2nd floors and groceries to the 2nd level. The kids had a great time playing up in the bunk room. We had a great time.

Bride Tribe Bachelorette!
Our group celebrated a bachelorette weekend in Hilton Head, SC and had an amazing time at this beach house! It was spacious, clean, had all the amenities, and just a short walk to the beach. Michael was so easy to communicate with leading up to the stay and answered any questions I had. We would definitely stay here again if we're in the area!

Great house location, fully stocked. Plenty of space for separate hang outs. The pool area was fun for our small kids and adults, with plenty of seating / toys. Thanks for a great stay! Michael was very responsive and accommodating to one of our allergies!

Great together time
Staying at this property was a good match for our traveling group of 5 households that meet once a year. We appreciated the 10 min walk to Folly Field Beach along the paved path. We used the house's beach chairs, umbrellas, & wagons. The house configuration & elevator was great for together time. Having the pool on the garage level was a great activity when coming back from the beach or on a rainy day. We used the grill and liked the great big kitchen table for all to sit around.

A Wonderful Stay with Excellent Amenities
Great property! I enjoyed swimming in the heated pool and loved that there were pool noodles and toys available. Beach chairs and wagons are accessible in the garage, along with firewood for the outdoor fire pit. The beach is a short walk from the neighborhood entrance (0.5 mile) along a paved bike path, and parking spots are available for a fee. The elevator was great for the grandparents to use. There were plenty of towels and extra blankets available. The kitchen was well-equipped with amenities like a crockpot, waffle maker, blender, and more. I do not recall seeing the EV charger photographed but there was an 120V outlet in garage. Kroger (grocery stores) and other restaurants are nearby by car. We had no issues during our stay and only contacted the host prior to arrival. The host was very helpful and prompt in replying.

Excellent!
My extended family of 11 people stayed over Christmas. The house provided kitchen/dining seating for all of us (which is hard to find sometimes). Enough bathrooms for our large group to spread out and the house was well stocked. We enjoyed having the heated pool and fire pit. Michael is a wonderful host. We've rented many HH homes and this one by far has been the best. We would come back to this property without question.

Wonderful property
We really loved our stay here. Everything was very clean and we had all the linens, towels and kitchen accessories we needed. The different levels of the house are great. You could be on the top floor playng videos games, resting on the bedrooms level, socializing in the kitchen/living area level or downstairs in the pool or by the fire pit. Elevator is a great amenity as well. Highly recommended!

Great for family reunion
Clean, comfortable and the best equipped house I’ve stayed in. The laundry even had a cupboard full of beach towels. Lots of extra towels, blankets and pillows. The elevator was very handy for luggage and older members of the party. Very dog friendly; firewood and charcoal provided for the fire pit and bbq; loads of paper towels and to; very nice toiletries. Room for four vehicles. The plunge pool was fun. Easy access to Folly Field Park, Islanders Beach Park and Driessen Beach Park (20 minutes walk; 3 minutes drive). The kitchen had everything we needed for eating in, including a big pantry with an assortment of seasonings. The owner is kind, helpful and responsive. The only missing amenity we could find was hooks for towels on the backs of the bathroom doors! (We draped them over doors and chairs).

The house was fully stocked and fit our needs perfectly. It was a blessing to have the elevator. There were plenty of bathrooms and they were fully stocked. The laundry room was fully stocked. Plenty of beach chairs, umbrellas and wagons to tote stuff to the beach. Loved that it was close to the beach. Michael gave wonderful instructions. We would highly recommend staying at this property.

We loved this home. We booked two homes side by side. This home provided everything we needed for our beach vacation. The home next door had a corporate owner. The accommodations in the other home included a “starter pack” of toilet paper, soap, a few laundry tabs, etc. That means you and your family must provide everything from toilet paper to salt and pepper. This house, on the other hand, was a home. We still had to provide our own food and drinks but the little things needed like dish tabs, laundry detergent, toilet paper, paper towels, spices, cleaning products - all were provided. It made a huge difference and we so appreciate the hospitality we received in this house. Thank you.

PopPop’s 70th birthday celebration!
We had all of our family in this wonderful home. Being on four floors was so great because our teenagers could all be up on the fourth floor enjoying that great space that Michael provided. He is an exceptional host, providing so many extras that made our stay so enjoyable. We loved the location And most days we didn’t even need to use our car. We could get around on bicycles. Hilton head has the best bike trails.

This was a top notch place to stay for my group and I. Everything was clean and it provided everything we needed for the weekend. The elevator was a huge benefit as I recently had leg surgery and would have struggled to move up and down the stairs. Would highly recommend staying here!

We celebrated a 70th birthday here with family. We had plenty of space and didn’t feel on top of each other. The kids loved the pool. The beach extras - wagon, towels, chairs - were put to good use by our group!

Great Beach Getaway
My extended family of 12 stayed here for a week and just loved it. Plenty of room for everyone- included small kids - to run around and play. The kitchen was stocked, the beds were all in good shape and the pool was nice and warm. Easy walk to the beach and arcade. Next time we visit Hilton Head, we will be staying here again!

Amazing experience with family
My family stayed here for quite a few days. The house had everything we needed and wanted. My grandmother was able to maneuver throughout the house using the very convenient elevator. The pool was heated. The walk to the beach was short and it was near grocery stores and good restaurants. Michael was a great host. I can’t recommend staying here enough. 10/10 would definitely come back to the same place.

Awesome stay!
We enjoyed our stay at this property. Our grandkids enjoyed the pool so much as well as the bunk room! Lots of space and it was great for all 12 of us. We were in town for a wedding so spent time in the area as well. Very fun!!!
