Our Family has been vacationing on Hilton Head Island for over 20 years. Over those years we have created unforgettable memories such as fishing, dolphin watching, walking /bike riding to many spectacular places. A great place to relax and enjoy the views of the awesome beach. We have stayed at the Breakers units on many occasions. It is by far one of our favorite places to stay when vacationing here. What makes the Breaker’s Villas different than others is the close proximity to dining, shopping, entertainment, and the beach. A few short steps across the parking area you will find fabulous restaurants and shopping, and a few short steps the other way in the opposite direction you will step into beautiful waters of the Atlantic ocean.

After many years, the opportunity presented itself for our family to purchase one of these oceanfront villas. We could not walk away from the chance to make one of these our own.

Our villa at 236 Breakers is located on the second floor and the view of the ocean is completely Breathtaking. There have been few experiences in our life that compare to our family vacations at this beach!

We invite you and your family to visit and create your own memories. We can facilitate weekly and monthly rentals. (Snowbirds are welcome with great discounts). We will try to accommodate any reasonable request. We offer a 25% discount for monthly rentals. However, only weekly rentals are accepted from the first of March through the end of October. All other rental requests will be considered so don't hesitate to ask.

Don and Mary Ann were incredible to work with including a last minute schedule change. Their home was beautiful down to the last detail. They even included some holiday decorations since we were there during the holiday period. The condo was immaculate (and that is from a clean freak). They provided starter packs for everything and made the home more than welcoming. The view was amazing and location cannot be beat. This was perfect for us. Nice view out to ocean, tastefully decorated place, plus walking distance to stores and restaurants. We have chosen Breakers for the last three years - each year a different Condo. This wonderful Oceanfront condo has been our favorite thus far! The owner and property manager made it feel like home for the week we were there. It was so cozy, so clean, and the view was unbeatable. During our week stay, we had half beautiful and half rainy weather. We were able to kickback and relax in the condo during the rainy weather. One of our favorite things about Breakers is the location. Can’t beat the short walk over to all of the shops, food, and bars. We will be back!

A Perfect Stay!
We just got back from spending a week at this beautiful condo. Within the first 15 minutes we had a knock on the door from a manger with the cleaning service checking to see if we had any issues upon our arrival. We found the condo to be extremely clean, well taken care of and well appointed with everything we needed. The communication and follow-up from the owners was great with making sure our check-in went smoothly to thanking us for our stay and wishing us safe travels on our way back home. With this being our first time to stay at HHI i reached out to the owners for a list of places to eat/dine. Don got back rather quickly with a very comprehensive list of places depending on what we was in the mood for. The condo and its location was perfect for our stay but the interaction with the owners is what separated this place from others in making us feel welcomed during our stay. Daryle & Nila

Condo was sized just right for the two of us. Ocean front with a beautiful view. Just steps from the pool, which was well well maintained, and beach access. Beach chairs available at the condo were great for sitting at the beach. King size bed very comfortable with lots of pillows. Kitchen well stocked with cooking needs. Highly recommend this.
