Perfect stay at Sea Pines

The beach was steps away and shopping and Salty Dog directly across the street. The apartment was spotless, well stocked with everything you could possibly need. Margie, the owner, was wonderful. Great communication from the beginning to end. Would definitely recommend this condo and hope to travel there again!

Their home was sparkly clean, with plenty of additional items (condiments, coffee, spices, soaps, beach umbrellas and chairs). The location was perfect! We enjoyed every day, and hope to return soon!

We had a few rainy afternoons so having the outdoor covered space with a view of the water made a big difference. The kitchen is really well equipped and the beach chairs that are provided make this property stand out among the many others that we have stayed in over the years.

Beautiful Beach Plus Vacation Villa

This spacious villa is beautifully decorated, comfortable, and full of amenities. It boasts several eating areas, including a full dining table for 6 people, eat in kitchen table for 4, and outdoor dining for 4 on the porch right off the kitchen. There is plenty of comfortable seating. We thoroughly enjoyed the large balcony (several chairs and cocktail tables) for watching sunsets and viewing the wildlife. Sea Pines has done a wonderful job to preserve the natural aspects of the island, such as the many large shade (Oak) trees full of Spanish moss, native shrubs and bushes, numerous lagoons, and the wildlife. The leisure trails throughout Sea Pines were great for exercise and viewing the wildlife. We were happy to see many different species of birds (including herons, hawks, egrets, and even spoonbills to name a few), turtles, fish, alligators, and deer (even a couple of large bucks). The villa is stocked with just about every item you might need and more (tons of dishes and glasses, blender, numerous serving dishes and utensils, 2 types of coffee makers, spices and olive oil, and beach towels, chairs, & umbrella. This is by far the best stocked place I have ever rented. The area is very quiet, and you can walk just across the street to restaurants...the best of both worlds! There is so much to do, but it's so beautiful you can happily relax & do nothing. We will be going back!

Publié le 3 août 2024 sur HomeAwayOur family range in age from 23 to 89. This was an awesome, beautiful, comfortable space! We are vey active so took advantage of everything around us. Enjoyed coming together at the beginning - end of the day. Views are amazing!

We were blessed to host your three generation gathering . Yes, the location of our home provides such a diverse range of activities…. Tennis, pickle ball, biking, walking, water sports, dinner cruises, fishing , trips to Savannah, exploring Sea Pines Forest Preserve, viewing incredible sunsets, enjoying the dolphins and even deer, horseback ringing , nightly entertainment, great food… list goes on and on. It is so relaxing to sip your coffee and chat in the morning on the balcony to finalize plans for the day and to gather at the end of the day to share those memorable moments. We hope you have the opportunity to visit us in the future !

10/10 Awesome Villa!!!!

The location was perfect if you want a quiet, relaxing time spent enjoying nature and exploring the island. The villa had everything we could imagine and MORE!!! All you need is your clothes, personal items, and groceries (if you choose to cook). Never once did I think “I should’ve brought this or that.” The owners were nothing but kind and responsive on any and all questions. I would definitely recommend this villa to anyone with a family of up to 5/6. Safe and secure on all levels!! We made so many memories together this past week and this beautiful villa helped make it even more special. We will definitely rent this one again in the future! Blessed that this family has chosen to share this wonderful opportunity with us.

It is our goal to make our guests’ stay as stress free as possible . We provide beach towels, beach chairs, 2 umbrellas and beach toys for our guests. The kitchen has essential spices and cooking supplies. Laundry detergent and dish detergent are provide for the week.
Each guest is issued an individual code that expires at 10:00am on check out day. Guests receive a welcome bag with treats as well as pods for the Keurig . Just pack a bag with your personal items and hit the road. Looking forward to your next visit !!
