Beautiful Condo and so close to the beach!
We loved this condo and the location. Such a short walk to the beach without the prices of being right on the beach. Wonderful location! All of the beds were so very comfortable and we had plenty of room for everyone! The kitchen was well equipped as well to include cups for the coffee maker! Thank you for having us, we had a wonderful time!

Great Visit!
Before our stay, Melinda was very helpful by answering all our questions quickly. The unit was within easy walk of the beach. The unit was clean and served us well, with the Master bed/bath being large with a nice balcony.. We would definitely stay there again!

HHI getaway
We had a lovely stay at the unit. The property is well kept as well as the grounds. The owner was very Communicative and we found everything as expected. I would caution older guests that there are two flights of stairs to get up to the primary bedroom and the bathroom is not on the first floor. This did not hinder us as we enjoyed our stay.

This Condo has a beautiful moat walking into the front door. TVs are in every room. First floor has a small kitchen, a large dining table and a nice living room with plenty of seating. Sliding door out the back with a grill. Second floor has a bedroom with 4 bunk beds, a bedroom with a queen bed, a bathroom with a shower and a laundry area. The third floor has a balcony sliding door with a with table and chairs. In the room there is a king bed, dresser, a desk in front of a window and a very comfy chaise chair. There is also a Hollywood bathroom with the sink and mirror in one area and toilet and shower in another room . This condo also has a lot of natural light. The owner was extremely helpful. Would definitely stay again.

First time on the island was exceptional
This was our first time going to Hilton Head. We selected this property based on its location to the beach and Coligny Plaza. The property was exactly as advertised. The unit was very clean. Everything worked perfectly. Beds were very comfortable. I contacted Melanie a few times prior to the trip and she was very gracious and helpful. I also needed to make a slight change and she was very amenable. We plan on going back to HH and would absolutely take advantage of this unit again. Just a quick note: when going to the beach, it is a 5 minute walk and there are private key coded bathrooms available to use. Very helpful when you want to spend the day on the beach. Melanie also suggested Hilton Head Bicycle Company and that recommendation was excellent. They delivered the bikes prior to our arrival and picked them up on the last day.

Great location near beach, Coligny, and Sea Pines
Excellent condo walking distance from Coligny beach and very accessible to Sea Pines and rest of the island. My family and I have been coming to HHI throughout the years and this location and property is a great find! Definitely recommend with children as well - rooms were spacious, clean, and perfect for our stay.

Quick weekend stay
Plenty of room that accommodated 5 adults easily. Close to shops, church and beach. We enjoyed the wildlife (alligator, turtles and hawks) that stopped by to say hi. Only down side was the beds being too soft for us.

Like a taste of home on vacation!
This was a lovely townhouse. It was beautifully decorated and in walking distance to the beach. The beds were very comfortable (I'd like to know what kind of mattress it was), They had many games and puzzles to play with (while it rained) and many streaming options for watching TV. Recommended.

Seven years running.
My family has been visiting this property for the last seven years and never had anything negative to say. Staying here is like coming home; the property is in a quiet peaceful community a short walk from a beautiful private beach, lots of restaurants and neat shops too. On the functional side it has everything you need including comfy beds, pillows, towels and all the kitchen ware you could ever need.

Great Condo
Great place to stay! Only about a 5-10 minute walk to the beach with bathrooms available! The condo was great with so many seating and sleeping options. Kitchen was fully outfitted and easily able to cook dinner. Check in and check out was seamless. Loved having the beach wagon and chairs available so we didn’t have to rent any.

Everything was as expected. The beach was a quick easy walk across the street, we were able to bike to Coligny Plaza. We had a great week despite a tropical storm rolling through. Melanie was very responsive as well! Beds were comfortable, plenty of stuff for cooking, lots of games to keep us entertained and the pool was nice and clean!

We had 8 stay here and we all fit comfortably! Our three kids loved the bunk room and the other two bedrooms were very comfortable. It was a nice touch to have dishwasher and laundry pods available for guest use. It was a quick walk to the beach and we even saw an alligator in the pond water right outside the front door! Would recommend!
