There is a private bedroom with a Queen Bed and a built-in bunk bed in common area of bedroom which is perfect for children and a sleeper sofa. Quick 1 minute walk to beach and largest beach pool on Hilton Head. The elevator is close by for easy access. The villa is nice and clean with tile throughout. . Updated kitchen with white cabinets, island bar, stove, microwave, full size refrigerator and dishwasher, This vacation villa has everything you would expect to get in a vacation rental with a fully stocked kitchen and bed & bath linens included. Ride bikes on the beach or on the miles of bike trails around Hilton Head Island.

My mother and I stayed for a good weekend and we loved this cute, clean and convenient spot! The condo was just as pictured, we had an end spot close to the elevator and parking spot (which we could see from the balcony). It’s a short walk to the beach and the host was wonderful with a quick & friendly response to all our questions! We had a great time & overall, no complaints!

The condo was in a great community! We loved the pool and beach access. Having the restaurants on property was very nice. We think the couch and chair in the tv area should be updated along with the bed. One nice touch would be black out curtains in the bedroom and blinds in the entry way for the people sleeping in the bunk beds. Since our toddler slept in the bunk beds, it would have been more secure to have a door lock out of their reach. Overall, we were very happy and would stay here again.

Quick trip
We had a blast on our little quick trip before we head back to school and work. The location of this unit was on point. Building C will get you in closer proximity to all the resorts perks. However, the campus is an easy walk at any unit tbh. If I had to squeeze a negative it would the no wash/dryer and bring all your own condiments. Other than those petty things it’s worth the stay.

Second time staying at this condo, the location is perfect n the top floor at the end of the building . As an end unit the condo had additional windows and is this airy and feels spacious. It is a perfect space for a couple or family with small kids. The kitchen has everything you need and then some. We love the easy access to the beach and pool. The restaurant on site is a great feature. We will rent again.

Comfortable and good kitchen
My family and I stayed here for a total of 12 days and 11 night and we had an absolute wonderful time! The check-in process was extremely easy, and the communication with the property manager was prompt and seamless. We are originally booked for 9 days and 8 nights. My family and I loved it so much we decided we wanted to stay longer. I sent an email to see if the condo was still open for the next couple of days, and with a matter of seconds, my family was booked another couple of days. The kitchen was very well stocked with many different kitchen gadgets to use, including a Keurig coffee maker. We have stayed at many different condos, even in the same complex, and this one by far has the most equipped kitchen. The bed in the main room was extremely comfortable and again we have stayed in other rooms in the same complex that we’re nowhere near as comfortable as this. I also really enjoyed it the fact that they had night lights in every room, which helped my family, navigate in the middle of the night without having to turn on all of the lights, such as getting to the bathroom. I think the only con I can come up with is that the couch in the living room is not a pull out sofa couch. However, the listing did say it only slept for, and that there was not a pull out sofa. All in all my family 100% enjoyed our stay, and would definitely book this condo again.

Loved our unit ,...very clean. A k cup coffee maker would be my only change ; )... and some SOS pads under the kit sink.. just an idea!! Restaurant was great that got our dinners all packed to go;). We hope to b back next year for longer.. :)
