Perfect Property!

It was far enough away from the hustle and bustle of the downtown area, yet close enough to great restaurants, shopping, and outdoor activities for the kids. The 5 minute walk to the beach was a breeze and with the pool being directly across the street, we couldn't have asked for more! Communication with the owners was top notch and we never felt we would not be taken care of if anything arose (nothing didn't). Thank you for a great stay. Our teenagers absolutely loved HHI and we will definitely be back!

14 Days in Paradise

We enjoyed sitting on the porch in the evening with a glass of wine and were able to observe deer, squirrels and small lizards. The nature and the peace are so relaxing - and I love those trees there. In just 7 minutes (on foot) you are at one of the most beautiful beaches. A big thank you to the owners.We were on HHI for the 5th time and have never received such good and comprehensive information about the house as this time. Thank you for letting us be your guests.

Peaceful Haven
Publié le 5 sept. 2024 sur HomeAwayWe just spent a week at this beautiful home. Everything was as listed. The house was fully stocked and we did not lack anything. The owner, Nancy, responded in a timely manner. The pool was not always very warm, but that is a personal preference. It was well maintained. The beach was a 5 minute walk from the home. Pickleball courts are not too far, and the bike trails are great.
Overall, we had a wonderful time.

Publié le 8 juill. 2024 sur HomeAwayThe house was perfect for our family of six to stay in for the week---Nancy was incredible to communicate with and we had absolutely no issues with the house or the stay. The location was perfect to walk to the beach, stay at the pool, or walk around Palmetto Dunes.
Would highly recommend!!

Our host, Nancy, was very responsive. She even sent us cookies while we were there as a thank you gesture! Would definitely book this villa again!

Near Perfect
Publié le 28 mars 2024 sur HomeAwayThis condo is one of the best equipped rentals I have ever booked. The location is perfect -- off the beaten path a bit, but central to most things. Four adults were very comfortable. Nancy was extremely helpful and responsive to all questions. The cookies were a lovely, delicious touch.
The only minor quibble that made it less than perfect was the fact that the listed "barbeque grill" was charcoal, not gas as we had mistakenly assumed. But since we frequented many of the area restaurants, it did not impact us too greatly.
All said, highly recommend; would certainly stay there again.
