The beds and bedding are substandard. Otherwise it was a pleasant, quiet stay, just a very uncomfortable night’s sleep.

Thank you for your feedback. We appreciate all feedback as it gives us a chance to correct issues or to let us know what we are doing right. I am sorry that your stay was not as well as you expected. I will try and determine what chalet you were in and see about replacing mattress.

We checked in online and noted we would be there late. The RV Resort front desk has limited hours, so we had to go to the hotel and check in. Instead of getting my keys and paperwork, I had to sit at the gate and wait for security to let me in. Security went to the RV Resort check in desk, where my keys and paperwork were sitting ready to go. Why couldn't this packet have been waiting for me at the hotel, since that's where I was going to have to check in. The chalet has a stove for cooking, but every kitchen cupboard was empty (No silverware, plates, cups, pots & pans etc.) What's the point of the stove if you have nothing to cook with.

Hi Mark, I will address your concerns. Our lodge hours are 8am- 8pm. Since you arrived after those hours We had you set up as a late arrival. We have you check in at the Casino Hotel as they will bring your reservation from an Unassign status which will cancel your reservation when we process our audit, to a Inhouse status. Unfortunately, the keys are hard keys and not swipe cards which are not transferred over to the hotel. The keys are harder for us to track if they are at both properties and we do not want anyone to get charged for a key that was not turned back into us if it may be at the hotel. As to your feedback on the lack of dishes and pans. Prior to covid we were eliminating us providing dishes to the chalets for multiple reasons. We do have people bring their dishes to cook and eat with, We do have this information on our websites. The dishes and cooking items are not returning, Thank you stating your concerns and I am sorry that you did not have a good stay with us.

A little worn down. Some mold in the cracks and corners of the shower stall Some updates needed. Like decking on porch is needing a facelift.

Thank you for your concerns. I will make sure housekeeping is aware of the mold and get it taken care of. The deck the maintenance staff is working on replacement of bad boards.

We are sorry that you did not enjoy your stay. Did you reach out to the front desk? We could have changed you to a different chalet. Our chalets are outdated but they should have been cleaned. I will discuss with my housekeeping staff.

Only complaint was giant puddle in parking space for our room-I couldn’t get out of our vehicle!

We are working on a solution. Unfortunately when we get a lot of rain a puddle does form in some of the sites.
