L'accueil a été charmant. Le hall de l'hôtel est très beau. Les lits sont confortables. Le petit-déjeuner est copieux il y a un trés grand choix. La proximité avec les grands axes est pratique. La piscine est top car nos enfants de 9 et 12 ans avaient pied partout c'est sécurisant. Les petits moins, le rideaux de la chambre sont vieux et sales. Il manque des chaines étrangères aucune chaîne française. Il manque de gel douche, savon et serviettes de bain pour 4 personnes c'était un peu juste. Proposer une serviette à la piscine serait sympa. Séjour agréable néanmoins.

Had a great stay. Hotel lovely and clean. Room very quiet and sleept well. Amenities excellent and breakfast was 5 star with a huge selection to choose from. Will stay again very soon.

Was given the key to an occupied room when we checked in. Had to go back and move rooms. Then new room had cobwebs and the fan and hairdryer didn’t work. Staff in restaurant were rude and scared the children.

However this was the most disappointed stay. Check in was quick and friendly like always. Room was spacious. We went to the pool/sauna to enjoy the facilities, whilst here my son cut his toe on the bottom of the pool. We reported it to the staff member who got us a plaster. She said she could see uneven and damaged tiles in the pool. The incident wasn’t recorded as there was a man at reception when we left the pool and although he gave us a plaster upon request he didn’t deem it necessary to take our details. Upon getting to our room I noticed that the hairdryer was missing so rang reception to request one, we never received it so my daughter and I left the hotel with wet hair as we were late for dinner. I would have also appreciated more pillows for the beds, there were no extra in the room and housekeeping were not answering. Also seeing we were in a large enough family room, two or more chairs at the table would have been appreciated. It just makes sense when travelling with kids who enjoy evening drinks and snacks in the room. Also for a room for four, why is there only ever two mugs available? In the past Iv always asked and collected more myself from the dining room. Also there were only 3 bath towels available? Never had so many issues in one stay, such a disappointment as this is one of our favourite places to stay.

Good position. Plenty of car parking. Only issue was the room access card which was a bit temperamental and took a few minutes before it worked.

Lovely stay at this hotel whilst visiting Twycross Zoo. Friendly staff. Went swimming twice with our 1 year old and 4 year old. Complimentary towels both times. Rooms were lovely, clean and spacious. Would highly recommend
