Helpful and friendly staff, clean facility, fast wifi, free snacks/drinks throughout the day, right next to 7eleven. About 15 minutes walking distance from hiroshima station and 15 minutes walking distance to hiroshima peace park (where the museum and a-bomb site is housed) so right in between access for attractions. Would be happy to come back here again.

This is a great hotel that is near the bus and streetcar stations. I gives good value for money because of the breakfast buffet, afternoon snacks and onsen. It's also near tourist attractions such as Hiroshima Castle.

All around excellent experience staying at Hotel Intergate. Rooms were clean and large (comparatively to other Japanese cities). Had an amenity bar at reception for you to take required supplies. Staff were very friendly and professional. Hotel conveniently located to subway/bus lines and walkable to restaurant and shopping areas. Area was quiet at night. Always felt safe in the area. Hotel was kind enough to hold our bags after checkout for a few hours.

We loved our hotel and all the amenities that came with our stay. We booked the breakfast to be included with our room and it was 100% worth it. The hotel also offers a free cocktail hour and a free miso soup late night meal that was delicious. Perfectly placed so we were able to walk to all the sites we wanted to see. Would stay here again.
