Point négatif, le parking est désormais payant.

Publié le 29 juill. 2018 sur HotelsEn arrivant je demande des renseignements sur le spa donc le sauna principalement on me dit qu’on doit payer 5euros par personnes en plus et que l’usage est limite alors que ce n’était pas précisé à la base et non conforme à l’annonce. L’hotel est mal insonorisé donc très bruyant et surtout une équipe antipathique. Pas de minibar comme sur l’annonce !

The Hotel was really great. Good location just 10 min from the Heidelberg city. The room is really spacious with a very good bed. We had a wonderful night!

Acceptable but nothing exceptional
Publié le 23 août 2017 sur ExpediaAging 4 star hotel that I would rate today as 3+ star. Acceptable amenities with no trend decors neither equipment. Beware of extreme noisy large bus groups typically at this hotel: football teams, Indians, Americans and the worst Chinese. 3 times Chinese groups: they don't care about anything neither other hotel guests, the hotel teams respond they can't do too much about except acknowledge. No Air conditioning. Charge for car parking unacceptable as free crazy outside parking
