It was efficient, comfortable and friendly. For a westerner breakfast lacked fruit and cereal breadth. No real dining options in house but fine in the area so no real issue. Good free afternoon high tea. Lack of wine by the glass poor IMO.

Great location and lovely spacious room. Outside shower was a welcome surprise and much needed in the sweltering heat of HCMC. Pool area was small and limited loungers, but pool was a god size. Lovely staff throughout the hotel. Breakfast was geared more towards local guests but still plenty of continental choices. Complimentary afternoon tea and cakes was also nice.

My 3rd time in Au Lac Charner Hotel and its always a pleasure. The staff all of them im giving them a 5*****..location is excellent everything's nearby. Highly recommended this hotel. And their Afternoon Tea is a bonus.
