All was excellent. I did skip the breakfast, was not to my liking. Coffee shop excellent in lobby, breakfast coffee poor. Really enjoyed our stay. Except breakfast, couldn’t be happier. Excellent location for tourists in HCMC.

The staff here was really amazing. Unfortunately, the room was very old and outdated. Only 1 plug in the room. No windows. And I could hear every noise from below, above and around me.

In the centre of the city. We found no coffee or tea in our room, when requested in the evening, staff told us that they ordered resupply and couldn't find any in the hotel also hotel store was locked

Maybe I was unlucky but I had a room with noisy AC that was ticking all night, near the elevator, with a phone that didnt work and some damaged furniture. The staff was really kind and friendly, but the guy at the reception didnt seem to understand or care when I told him about this so they can check on the problems
