The room is not as advertised it's a SCAM, the room is sold as having a kitchen and a separate living room there is no kitchen, neither living room, there is nothing in the bathroom except a bad quality soap, the towels was not clean, and the room was filed with ants,the parking is in the basement but you cannot open it only the concierge could,but if he is there... So I had to call the Vietnamese number to call someone and wait for 30min to get the motorcycle, so beside this i asked for the proper room they offered me a small room like 11m2 (with sink and a heat table as a kitchen, double bed and bathroom inside those 11m2) but I had to pay on spot 30% by cash... Hotels.com didn't find another solution that to cancel the booking and let me find another place..
