The hotel staff woke us up with a phone call early in the morning with maintenance people waiting outside the room to service the currently working wifi. Terribly rude and unnecessary.

The location is very convenience. It is right at the Ben Thanh Market and ten minutes walk to Saigon Centre where all the shops and restaurants are. 13 minutes walk to Nguyen Hue Street or to the ferry terminal where you can take the ferry to Vung Tau city.

I booked two nights and only slept their one night. My original room had a WiFi issue so they offered to switch my room. Overall dated and old facility. The staff was nice though. I would not stay here again because of the state ans condition of the room.

Decent standard good location
Really friendly staff and a great location. Room was clean, the bed comfortable and the shower warm (which we found a rarity in Vietnam) only problem we had was the toilet was blocked
