We booked the suite room for our trip since we saw pictures online were nice and modern. But the room wasn't clean and the bathroom toilet were leaking. Not to mention this hotel is right across street from hospital so you will be hearing ambulances day and night.

Disappointed
Publié le 30 mars 2024 sur HotelsThey gave us a room with the window that is opened and couldn’t close, so we can hear everything on the street. We had to pay extra to get a room change, and on the 2nd night the there was a water leak in the washroom ceiling. The hotel room was general dirty, and AC fan wouldn’t turn off. Overall very disappointed when I’ve paid a bit more than average thinking it was a nicer hotel.
