Publié le 19 mars 2024 sur HotelsHôtel vieillot, aucune instruction pour l arrivée , personne pour nous accueillir afin de récupérer la cle qui se trouvait dans une boîte à code, ménage non fait dans ma chambre à 16h, il a fallu attendre 18h

Although it mentioned it have bathtub, it doesn't have one.
The door lock of bathroom is broken, can't change to another room. If you don't have bathtub, don't lie in the description.

Positive experience
Publié le 15 nov. 2019 sur HotelsAll-around positive experience. The room was large and very clean. There’s a coffee shop on the entry level, which I liked. Decent location depending on what you prefer to be close to. Staff was very nice and helpful.

Great place! Clean and staff are fluent in english

The location is good. Staff is perfect. However, my room has so many problems which cannot be fixed.

Not clean
Publié le 27 mars 2018 sur ExpediaI know its a homestay but clealiness is an important factor. The toilet was filthy and the operator didnt even border to change the bedsheet. We sleep with white hair and spots on the sheets. The toilet is filled w black spots everywhere and the room picture wasnt the same as the one we booked
