Credit card refused

Very poor service at reception. Credit card not accepted while every providers in Vietnam and the world accept it .... This is totally unacceptable.

Kind Service and Nice Breakfast Buffet

Although not providing the hot water in the third morning I stayed 4 days and the maintenance staff took also one hours but not solve the issue. Then, the service guys from front desk was very nice, but brought me to the other 2 rooms to check if the hot water is ok for me. Finally, they found the room with hot water for me, but had passed 1.5 hours. I have to cancel the meeting with the customer. Hope the reaction of the hotel can be faster and efficient. Others experience are really good. I will still choice this hotel for my next trip. Family trip is also a nice choice to stay this hotel.
