Hotel bien situé, grands appartement bien équipé, propre mais vieux mobilier, bien ordinaire.

This was one of the worst hotel experiences we have ever had. Hotels.com inadvertently double booked us-the hotel and hotels.com refused to cancel our “2nd room” and provide us with a refund. It took us 90 min to check in as the hotel was trying to force us to check in for both rooms. We were harassed every time we left the hotel and returned. The hotel room was pretty spacious, but a little dated. Room was pretty clean (we had a 3 bedroom suite). Breakfast was adequate, but below average. Area was OK-district 1.

Nice stay, great staff!

This hotel was not quite what I expected, but it actually did grow on me after the first day. They called it service apartments, but I will not call it, it’s definitely a hotel. I would describe this as more vintage style than modern, but very well maintained. The staff is outstanding! They were always available, prompt, courteous, and incredibly friendly. The included breakfast was really nice, especially as you could order your own pho and banh mi. There are washers and dryers on each floor. The gym is well appointed and the pool is fantastic. It was a holiday week when I was here, so there were no crowds anywhere in the hotel.
