L'Emplacement est parfait.li y a de tout aux alentours. La chambre est grande .les services d'employés sont Excellents et souriants

bjr cela fait pkusieurs annees que je sejourne ai sheraton .pour mes affaires .le sejour ccest bien passer comme d habitude .un petit bemol au dejeuner du dernier jour : le cafe est limite .il n y a paa d expresso . ( dommage ) et le chocolat est a revoir .sinon rien a dire .

UN 5 stars, vous palaisantez, les chambres sont ordinaires, le petit déjeuner n'en parlons pas, une moquette crasseuse, la cuisine limitée, le personnel gentil mais incompétant. il serait peut-être temps de créer une école d'hotelerie et ne pas distribuer des 5 étoîles à des établissements qui n'en valent que 3.Certes l'emplacement est stratégique mais comme la plupart des hôtels de Saigon.Rien a voir avec la Thailande et autres pays asiatiques ou j'ai l'habitude de me rendre.

We had a great time staying at this hotel with my family, best customer service, staff are so nice and friendly. Convenient location and walking distance to shopping centre, I would definitely stay here again.

Situated in District 1 where all the good stuff is. Great hotel, great staff service and overall the experience was fantastic.

There are two buildings to this hotel. One is older and larger rooms, other is newer. Ask to stay in the newer building. They will say both are the same but it’s not true. They’ll try and upgrade you to the larger older rooms, don’t do it. The restaurants, breakfast and gym are all in the newer building
