Publié le 29 nov. 2022 sur HotelsExtraordinaire !!! Sans doute le plus luxueux hôtel où j'ai eu la chance de séjourner. De très nombreuses attentions, le soucis du détail et un service client digne d'un palace. Nous avons eu 2 petits soucis à l'arrivée et le manager nous a contacté pour nous surclasser dans une suite faisant le double de la notre. Cependant la vue panoramique en angle nous a fait rester dans la notre.
Nous aurons eu une compensation avec les petits déjeuner offerts.
Je recommande +++
Et ne manquerai pas de revenir chez vous lors d'un prochain passage à Saigon.

Le service dans ce luxueux hôtel est extraordinaire.
On se sent important. Tout le monde nous salue peux importe le poste qu’ils occupent. C’est propre. C’est calme. La décoration qui est un peu extravagante, est d’un luxe incroyable. Il y a des bouquets de fleurs en quantité phénoménale, des orchidées pour la plupart. C’est tellement agréable au regard.
Le buffet au déjeuner est splendide. Beaucoup de variétés de nourriture. Service impeccable.
Beaucoup de sécurité dans tout le building. Très bien situé. 2 minutes de marche des croisières sur la rivière. La tour Bitexco est de l’autre côté de la rue.
La place Ho Chi Minh en face de l’hôtel. Vraiment un très beau site.
