Front desk lady not sure of her name (older black lady) but she was extremely nice and pleasant. Quiet, clean , great location for food and shopping. No complaints here!

The property was a good rest stop. Bathroom door was broken; otherwise room was good, comfortable and quiet.

Great value. The bed was very comfortable, ac worked great. Friendly and helpful staff. Pool was clean. Rooms are clean.

Front desk personal was wonderful as well as the breakfast. Area isn’t all that great. Police were called in twice during our 2 day stay. Rooms were aged and in need of repair and upgrade. Room I stayed in door wouldn’t open due to being Warped. Big hole repaired in wall and not completed. Bathrooms had slight mold starting to grow. Was in the area for work. Following week I decided to look else where.

We do not allow parties in our hotel rooms and strictly enforce our policies to maintain a safe and peaceful environment. We hope for an opportunity to host you again soon!

Pole Vault into the bed!

Hello Raynaill,Was the rating for our location mistakenly put as a 1/5? You continuously extended your stay with us for 21 days and we did not hear any complaints besides an issue with one of your reservations not being prepaid for because you were using an Affirm card that is unable to be put through the chip reader. We confirmed with Choice and our staff member was correct in stating that the room was not prepaid for and that payment had to be through the chip reader for that 1 reservation.We hope your one encounter with our front desk is not a representation of your entire 21 day stay with us. We strive for cleanliness and friendliness and our management team was personally handling your reservations during your stay with us due to the nature of your extension being on a daily basis.
