Wonderful stay
Amazing hotel, pool is so warm and lit with coloured lights. Beds were so comfortable and soft. The best buffet breakfast I have ever had. Shower is great and big tv.

New Hilton in Hobart.
This is a great Hotel. Yes it’s very new but the staff are friendly and very helpful. I would thoroughly recommend this Hotel as it’s well located in the centre of Hobart close to all the markets close to all the shops double glazed glass so you don’t hear any traffic noise as it is on quite a busy street. Well done Hilton five stars thoroughly recommended.

Room very clean, good location for Market. Pool was closed for maintenance which we weren’t informed about but rudely told whilst we were trying to use it. There was no warning or signs. No discount despite not having access to facilities.

The Manager Shivani has been accommodating and friendly. The service provided by the kitchen staff Farah, Luois, and service staff Tricia, John, May, and Boom have been above excellence. Highly recommended!

When I stay at a hotel I expect all the amenities to be available. I was very disappointed that on the one night of my stay, the gym,pool, restaurant and bar were closed to hotel guests due to an event being held at the hotel. Not good enough and if these things are planned, guest should be informed of this during booking.

Great situation and a good price. Staff in reception and dining were exceptionally helpful eg cooking breakfast to our requirements. Bar staff were inefficient though charming!

Great hotel, but over the top $300 bond.
We had a great stay, located well to everything, bed and pillows were awesome and the buffet breakfast was fantastic. However, perhaps I don’t get out enough, but a $300 upfront bond (after we already fully paid for our 3 nights, & noting there isn’t a stocked minibar) is a bit much. On principle I object to this.

Hotel is in an easy walking distance to city centre and to Salamanca. Facilities were great and room was comfy. Only bad thing was we couldn't turn the aircon below 19 degrees and it got really warm 😅 but otherwise great!

New hotel
Shower pressure was not consistent. Bathroom in lobby needs bigger rubbish bin for used hand towels as were overflowing onto floor. Very tight driving into Carpark in basement Little chair in King Deluxe room is impractical. Lounge chairs in bar area are too low for older people to get up from. Staff were excellent.
