Great stay

Very nice stay quit and clean. Everything worked washer and dryer a plus. Just needed wash clothes. And dish towels.

I read all the negative reviews and I was nervous about the unit but honestly the unit was amazing we loved it. Better than any hotel out there. Really felt as if we were at home. Would stay again.

The property was very nice and clean. Except for black spots on the wall behind the one of toilets. Sent screen shot to the Comtact Person with no response. We rented the apartment for the weekend and was not sure about the check in process. Called the number on the reservation email and it took several hours before the call was returned. The agent called back and said she would send the code and unit number. That took another hour and then the incorrect information was sent to us. Called about the mix up and she didn''t answer the phone. It took another 30 minutes to get on the unit. We enjoyed the unit, everything was good; except for the black spots on the wall and the check-in process.

The shower faucet did not work well so the water could not be regulated; The dishwasher was clogged and there were not enough plates, cups and we struggled a lot to contact the person in charge and I never sent a plumber

Disappointing

I was REALLY excited about this place because of its full kitchen and in-unit laundry. And the place really was lovely, and such a gift to a weary business traveler used to hearing up frozen meals in a hotel room microwave and having to vie for a turn at a hotel's one community washer and dryer for laundry. If having access to a full kitchen and laundry is important to you, you probably wont find a better option in the Hobbs area. That said, communication with the owner? Manager? (I have no idea who this person was) was literally abysmal. I arrived in town about an hour before check in time. Texted the mysterious number to see if i could get into the unit 30-60 minutes early. This greatly flustered this person, who basically gave me the runaround until finally texting me the door access code at 3:01. LOL. The first few days, I had a couple of minor issues that needed to be addressed. It was summer in NM, so very hot. The A/C was definitely on the fritz the whole time I was there. One of the toilets wouldn't flush. One of the TVs didn't work. Though I texted the mysterious manager (?) several times in the first 3-5 days i was there, and they kept saying the maintenance man was going to come, he never did. Additionally, a lot of basic household items were missing. I had no glasses to drink out of; only three small coffee cups. There were no oven mitts or kitchen dishtowels or washcloths for the bathroom. And the beds were both horrifically uncomfortable.

its very nice. very clean. nicely located. great price. did not like that we had no glasses and baking pans.

We have stayed at Courtyard Villas in Hobbs on previous occasions and were disappointed this time. The apartments are overall nice but do need a deep cleaning and extra attention to detail, cob webs in corners and on light fixtures and fans, toilet seat in master bathroom was loose,/ broken, no iron, mattresses are not pillow top as stated, we had no internet service even after making contact with manager several times, outside of property needs to be cleaned also as there were beer cans and trash in patio area and parking area.
