TV didn't work in the first room, so we were "upgraded". The second room also had TV problems, as well as no ice bucket. Staff was completely unhelpful, and appeared quite uninterested in trying to resolve our issues. I would NOT stay at this property again!

Hello Karen, I am sorry to hear that you were having problems with the TV in the suite where you stayed. We do appreciate that you took the time to leave us a review anyway after so much time had passed. I know we cannot make up for our previous visit, but we do hope you would be willing to give us another chance. You are always welcome to ask to speak to a manager if necessary to address any problems or complaints. We take all concerns from our guests seriously and would like to remedy any problems as they happen in real time. Again, I am sorry that your concern was not addressed, and steps have been taken to ensure that this does not happen again to any guest.

Horrible smell in room, was dirty. Bed was not made , towels on bed and restroom floor... we left and never stayed the night . Never was cleaned that day

The property is currently under renovations, so some of this may change. First our room had no smoke detector, it did have sprinklers, so at least there is that. The room its self was pretty clean, although we had no soap in our room. The hallways, and the elevator defiantly could have used a cleaning. The staff was all very nice and helpful.
