The girl at check in was great had a filthy room hadt change bedding and clean the room for the stay. Was going toaskfor a refund to change property but my family was tired and it would have been to much of a headache. The pool was not open, called to confirm before booking was told it was fully functional to find out it was not. Breakfast the first day we went down a 8am to find everything being put away. Only had 1 day on the last morning to have some type of breakfast. Husband filed a complaint also. Several people complained about the rooms and the service. Worst experience ever would not recommend.

The property looked to have been recently remodeled. Everything was clean. The hot breakfast was okay. The only beverage available was hot coffee...no water or juice. I would recommend this property.

Stay somewhere else!

Check in was terrible. The cleaning crew had 4 cars parked at the entrance. Customers were forced to park further away and handicap access was blocked. The vacuum cleaner was so loud, I could not hear the check in deck worker. The pool was closed.
