I paid for two rooms got there wanted close to each other they put me on different floors

Being remodeled should be open

Motel is being remodeled and is very dirty!! Carpets in hall way were very bad with paint all over.. room had a weird smell

Dearest Yvionne,We apologize for the less than stellar stay you deserved while staying at our property. While we do try our best to keep the dust and grime from settling from our renovations, sometimes we do come up short. The other concerns you mentioned in your review (ex: Hallway carpets and weird smells) are just temporary because we have not finished renovating yet. The final plan is to replace the hallway carpets after new paint and wall paper goes up. and giving some time, the "new" smell will dissipate. We want to extend a warm invitation to come back and experience the difference one the reno is done. Thank you for bringing your concerns to us and we will do better. They didn't inform us when booking there is no swimming pool, we were supposed to have double bed and only ended up with one. (had the rest my family ended up going it would of been a problem) cause the place was booked up! The showers were not warm. We only had to stay for one night so we just delt with it.

The staff was very friendly, but I wished I had known that the pool was out of order and the hotel was under construction at time of booking. I had my grandkids along and specifically booked this hotel for the pool. They were so disappointed that they couldn’t swim. Also the facility was being remodeled, lots of construction and our room door was difficult to close. Water in bathtub was very slow to drain so not very sanitary. Staff was very friendly and gave us tips on where to eat dinner and free breakfast was pretty decent.

La Quinta was being remodeled and front desk failed to inform me before reservation was made. Front entrance was full of construction materials. Carpet was half pulled with screws and staples on them by entrance to my room. Their was no hot water in shower. Carpet was soaking wet by airconditioner. Bathroom door would get stuck hard and wouldn't stay open. Pool was empty and work out rooms machines wete all to one side. Not the greatest stay for price charge, should have been less for limited uses.
