The GM and front desk people are amazing. Helped me out on a few extra days when I couldn’t find another room.

Run Down, Poor Service

I gave this property a second chance because I like the layout of the room. I regret that. The first time it was ants and I had to purchase my own ant spray. I wasn’t offered anything for the inconvenience. This time I drove in late with my kids. They not only double charged my card, I had to walk all the way to front from the separate suites building 4 times because my key cards weren’t working. I’ve machines didn’t work and they refused to allow me a late check out because it “added stress on the staff”. I asked for a manager multiple times, they weren’t onsite, nor did they call me at my request.

Kyleen,Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review, I do remember your last stay, we did in fact purchase the spray however you had went and purchased your own, I did offer to compensate for you buying the spray and you did decline the offer. As far as your current stay we would like to apologize for failing to meet your expectations, Our staff works Very Hard to ensure our guests enjoy their stay. We are aware of the Ice machine issue, and we are at the vendors discretion, however we do have ice machines on every floor available. Also Management is available 7 days a week on our property. If it is after hours you may catch us next day during business hours. We do apologize again we did have 2 sold out hotels all week and weekend long and we do as best as possible to accommodate each guest.Thank you,Amanda Garcia

Great family stay

Great hotel, great breakfast (not just pastry/donuts), indoor pool, no hot tub or spa. Great rooms, 2 hotels joined with big rooms, some rooms with full kitchens for extended stays. Excellent stay for price, friendly hotel staff, very clean and comfortable. Next to green meadows lake, beautiful views, fishing, romantic stroll, or picnic at the covered tables.

No lobby to check in. No signs to go to other hotel lobby. Room smells. Tv remote didn’t work. Tv cables hanging all over. No quarter machine in the laundry’s. The rudest woman at the checkin who was also on a personal call while checking me in acting as I was an inconvenience being there. Absolutely worst hotel experience I’ve ever had.

We were late due to a plane delays but you had a car for us. Agent’s were very nice and helpful but I was way too tired to appreciate them fully. They gave us a few laughs for the trip and the car was exactly as expected.
