Bring Your Boat!

Island style pool home on deep water canal with ample boat dockage - ocean access. Bike to Jupiter Island Beach. This unique property, 5 houses from the point, provides direct access to the Intracoastal Waterway with NO fixed bridges; a Boater's Dream. Island style architecture that includes sturdy knotty pine throughout and lush mature landscaping. A fully screened indoor/ outdoor living room style patio divides the house with private sleeping quarters on one side and the main living area on the other. The light filled kitchen includes granite counters and custom cabinetry. Natural light abounds thanks to the Northern exposure. Resort style pool is fully tiled and surrounded by paver decking. Sleeps 8. *Please note, there is no fence barrier on the dock or seawall and there is no kiddie pool fence. No lifeguard on duty. Owner reserves right to use the boat lift during your stay - only access would be through side yard to the dock with little time needed to get on and off the lift. Pet's permitted on a case by case basis with a non-refundable pet fee.

Great Spot - Cool House
We loved the house with is large screened in outdoor area. The living space was large and comfortable. My kids loved fishing off the dock and my husband and I enjoyed the water views. Everything was clean and easy to find. My kids were 9 & 11 and it was perfect for that age. If you have very small kids this is not the house for you.

Love the location
So convenient for beach, town, and fishing. Great space too. We thoroughly enjoyed Hobe Sound and Todd’s place was the perfect location for exploring the area. Very spacious and such an interesting lay-out. Just wished we could have used the pool. Without a cover or heater the water stayed much too cold for use.

Book this house!
This house is located close to everything you need including a beautiful beach. It is very clean and the layout is perfect for entertaining and hanging out. The pool was the highlight of the trip for our kids. The host communicated promptly with us and even arranged for early check-in. They had everything: beach chairs, beach towels, pool toys, and kitchen basics. There is not one negative thing we could say about our stay here. Highly recommend booking this house!

Excellent stay in Hobe sound
Pictures gives you an exact overview of this nice place. Quite neighborhood, close to hobe sound, beaches and Jupiter is a short drive away His Todd responded within minutes and swiftly helped us with a minor problem. (Gas for bbq) We did ask for a late check out if possible and got immediate respons House is perfect for a family of 4-5 but can easily sleep 8, we stayed 4 people and had another family over for new years and all could stay over. Great fishing from the dock for the kids as well I can really recommend this lovely place in Hobe sound.

Perfect for Group Gathering
Property was perfect for a group stay. The living area being split was perfect for people to continue their evening and not disturb others in the group that wanted to go to sleep. Pool was great. Location was great. Only had a small issue with drain in one shower not draining but it wasn’t a big deal. Would recommend for a group stay.

Wonderful tropical vacation home!
Our family loved staying at Todd‘s Landing! The house is so tropical and unique! We loved the pool after a day of fishing, paddle boarding or biking, then relaxing in the open air screening room. The location is great, lots to do in the area. We enjoyed cooking a few meals in the big kitchen as well. Overall a great stay!

Unplug and Enjoy!
We enjoyed our week at Todd’s Landing very much! The house is unique and inviting! we loved the open entrance area with the view to the pool and the canal. House is in a great location with driving options to many beautiful beaches! We would spend our morning fishing on the dock, head to the beach for the afternoon and back to the home for more fishing and family time! Just what we needed!

Great Beach House
Nice “island style” home in Hobe Sound. The house is still in the process of converting to a rental so a few things could have been better. Electronic keypad locks would have made a huge difference. One set of keys was provided which made it a pain as the locks to the bedrooms and living area are separate and both need to be locked when you’re out of the house. There are no cleats on the dock to tie off if you decide to rent a boat. We did a lot of paddle boarding in the intracoastal and it would have been much easier if the dock had a ladder, or better yet, a floating dock. The pool was cold so it would be nice if the owner offered to heat the pool for an additional fee. Other than that, the location is within walking distance to the beach and water sports are available out your back door!
