Prescilla, Origin, Jessica, Chris, Devot, Eurice, & Sk made our stay unforgettable! Everything was amazing from the home to the 5 star service! As a bonus we even got to see the big 5 but that was just a pleasant surprise to accompany the fantastic stay! 10s across the board for everyone who helped us.

Nothing special, front desk not friendly...and customer service doesn't exist

First of all the staff here is amazing, from Itu at the front desk to our awesome guides/ranger Jeffery and Grandpa, and the wait staff wants nothing more than for you to be happy! Everyone was so nice and accommodating. We stayed in the Superior for 7 days, we had 7 days of adventure. It was beautiful, exciting, lavish, and challenging at times. It is Africa and not the Crown Plaza. That is the reason we came here and we were rewarded with a lifetime of memories. You are away from the lodge and secluded which we loved. You do need a ride to the main lodge. The baboons love to come through in the morning and in the evening, we loved it every time! I miss everyone there, they treated us like family the entire time.

The best safari resort

Beautiful room, essentially it’s a whole structure to yourself that includes an outdoor shower. Every meal was five stars. Every game drive was amazing. Every worker was beyond kind and welcoming. This is easily the nicest hotel/resort I have ever stayed at.
