Hot tubs and a view, not much else

Hard sell for activities, food baskets etc from before you even arrive is very offputting. The complete and utter lack of care to even think about assisting with the room request was galling, particulary when when when it turns out the camp was not fully booked as we'd been told....Lastly, the units are waaay too close together.

The hot tub was heaven!

I have travelled at several camps within the Africamps franchise and I like the concept and the predictability of the accommodation. The lady at reception was extremely friendly and helpful. She asked us to contact them if we did not have hot water in the shower, however, they were not on site when we encountered the problem early in the morning. We also found the coffee jar empty which was disappointing. Still good value for money though!

Great place, well stocked and comfortable

My family and I really enjoyed our stay. The place was very comfortable and well-stocked. The hot tub was am awesome touch and we enjoyed our time in it.

We are terribly sorry for the communication mix up with your meal request, it was noted in your booking and confirmed to you however the host onsite overlooked the request. Sincere apologies for the inconvenience caused. We are however happy that you enjoyed the location.
