Exceptional but for me....
Publié le 28 avr. 2021 sur HotelsJust a beautiful part of the world in a quiet bush sanctuary. The accommodation, setting, ease of communication and overall experience was exceptional. The only complaint I have is with myself for having not booked for longer. I’ll most certainly return.

Revamping of the lodge
Publié le 3 janv. 2021 sur HotelsI didn’t stay at ntoma lodge but stayed at khiza retreat lodge, all I can say is the lodge still needs a lot of revamping and the roof grass was falling off, there are a lot of ants in the house, aircon is needed in the sitting room, as well as kitchen cupboard. The swimming pool was dirty as well, the outside shower cap is rusty.

Please accept my sincere apology for thatch falling out where it seems that the squirrels has decided to nest, we would definitely give attention to that as well as the ants in and around the property, it seems that this is more an issue in the summer months here in Hoedspruit. I can understand your frustration. We pride ourselves in giving the best possible guest experience, and I’m sorry we fell short in this instance.
