Wonderful place but a bit disappointed

We loved the property, and would love to return, but the listing specifically states that pets are allowed and when we arrived, we were told they were not. Then we had to sign another contract when we arrived, and pay a deposit, which we never had to do previously, and which also was not mentioned in the listing. I would highly recommend this property with modifications to the listing.

Although the listing stated that the owner should be contacted regarding pets, and that tenant contracts and damage deposits are common practice for home rentals, we have updated our listing as you suggested, to be more clear and forthcoming.
