Tiny room with no space to maneuver. The shared bathroom had more square footage than our entire room. Access to a shared kitchen and living room was nice, i guess. Breakfast was included, but offering wasn't great. Recommend waking up early and going to Hafnarbudin nearby when it opens. Wifi speed was atrocious. Reminds me of dialup.

Old Airline Guesthouse was wonderful to stay during our Ring Road Trip in Iceland. It was super clean, cozy, and beautiful. My family greatly enjoyed staying at this place. I strongly recommend!

The host was so kind. The place was very clean and having a kitchen and laundry available was great since we were road tripping around the country. The location was in great proximity to some beautiful sights and wasn’t far off the ring road. We would definitely stay here again.

The property is spcious and the rooms generous. Everything is spotless. We took advantage of the washer and dryer (both new machines of good quality). Breakfast (simple) was provided which we appreciated. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need. Parking is next to the side entrance. Lots of thought has gone into preparing the property. Plus we get to meet other travelers like us. We highly recommend this stay.

Die Gastgeberin war sehr offen und wirklich richtig nett. Das Zimmer ist zwar etwas klein, reicht aber für uns vollkommen. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet, groß und sehr sauber. Danke, wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

In a class of its own.
It was wonderful. It should be ranked first in the guidebooks. Rooms nice, community sitting and dining room was awesome, great communal kitchen and good free washer/dryer. We stayed in many guesthomes on our 2-week driving trip all over Iceland, and this was the best.

Absolutely fantastic Guesthouse!! It had everything we needed for our brief stay along the Ring Road. We loved the breakfast and tray of meat and cheese just for us. We met some lovely people. And we were grateful for the access to a washer and dryer! Great hospitality!!

When in Höfn, make hour reservation in this place. Beautiful and cozy place witb extraordinary helpful and easy-going owner. You will love it! There is a nice new kitchen so that you can cook yourself and you can also have tea from tasty variety of them or coffee from DeLonghi coffeemaker. All free of charge and delicious! The owner pays strict attention to how the place looks like and it is well-mantained. You will just see
