Great location
Very nice hotel situated in a quiet area very close to the beach. Got a very warm welcome from Ms Sen upon my arrival which made check-in a breeze. I would recommend this hotel if looking for some quiet time.

From the time we stepped into the foyer we knew we had picked the right hotel. Sen and the team at reception could not be more helpful and they are a credit to this hotel. The room was cleaned daily, the breakfast has a wide variety for all tastes. The hotel has a private beach across the road where we spent many days. They have a rooftop pool which has an amazing view. They have a complimentary shuttle to The old town centre at 4:30 daily. We used the push bikes regularly to dinner 5 minutes down the road there are an abundance of restaurants. We even extended our time at the hotel twice. Again thank you Sen and the team for a memorable stay. We will be back!!!!

Staff and management were professional and with good language skills. Obliging and attentive at all times. Good breakfast buffet and free outbound taxi supplied to town centre daily.Distance to Hoi An was considerable and not an easy walk. Hotel itself seemed to be in an empty redevelopment area with not much going for it but a small pleasant beach. I had to complain about some very annoying plumbing noises that had obviously been ongoing for some time .Notwithstanding all this, it was a comfortable stay and the rooftop pool, though small was a treat.

Friendly helpful staff , nice breakfast, nice facilities,nice pool, nice beach across the road. Area around the hotel is still developing so not a lot around the area, a few small restaurants.

The front desk does a great job making sure everything is taken care of. The continental breakfast is decent, especially if you like fresh fruit. The views from the roof top pool are spectacular. A bit of a distance from the market, but still pretty easy to get to. We would stay there again

Friendly staff. Average facilities and amenities for the reasonable price. Higher rooms on ocean side would be recommend. Beach is across the street about 700 feet walk. New hotel is being built across the street. Very cute little swimming pool on rooftop with nice view of the ocean and sunrise.

Really enjoyed my stay here... Quiet location, with short walks to beach/restaurants/shops; free area shuttle & bicycles also offered... Lovely rooftop pool with ocean view... Great breakfast spread (but could do without the massage/spa sales-push while eating!?)... Many thanks to the very friendly & attentive lobby staff-- I especially miss Lotus' warm welcomes!

Nydelig opphold i Hoi An. . Nært strand og shutteltraffikk inn til gamleby1 på bare 10 min unna. Spesielt vennlig personal som hjelper til med alt mulig en har behov for. Rengjøring hver dag. Basseng med nydelig utsikt. Godt utvalg av mat tll frokostbuffe.

Very nice hotel with a great staff. We stayed four nights and Sen was our very helpful ”hotell guide”. Perfekt to borrow bicycles and go to An Bang Beach or Cua Dai beach.
