This was our 2nd stay at Renaissance (formerly Vinpearl Resort). We had an awesome time, with 20 people spread across 3 villas. Villas are luxurious and massive. Private pool is clean. Public pool is a great place to hang out but can get very hot due to no shade. A few cold beers at the pool bar will sort that out! Breakfast buffet is a bit expensive if it wasn’t included in your room rate - but worth it if you are hungry. Great selection of food. We also indulged in the private BBQ buffet on the front lawn in front of our villa. Really nice experience and food. Getting to and from Hoi An is easy with a approx 15 min taxi ride, or the free shuttle bus that goes every hour or so. The only improvements that I would appreciate at this place are some form of marine carpet around the main pool (the red tiles are super hot to walk on). And some general maintenance on the decking of the villa pools (some deck pieces coming detached). Overall if you want a 5 star resort closer to Hoi A rather than Danang, I would highly recommend this place.

Leide villa med 3 familier. Helt fantastisk. Rolig område, god service, fantastisk frokostbuffet, 15 min inn til Hoi An sentrum og 30-40 min kjøretur til Da Nang. Vært på denne resorten 2 år på rad og kommer tilbake neste gang vinter turen hit.

The best value hotel I have ever stayed at, we got the suite the room to value is phenomenal, we ended up staying another night, the staff are so attentive and the place is prestine definitely book here if you are looking

- I had the most amazing resort experience at a reasonable price. - It's incredible that the hotel is directly connected to the beach. Generally, there's often a road separating the hotel from the beach, but at the Renaissance, you can fully enjoy the private space all the way to the sea. - The breakfast buffet is wonderful. Especially the Vietnamese pho, which is freshly prepared in a bowl right in front of you, is simply delicious. The buffet is of an exceptionally high grade in both quality and variety. Each dish is incredibly tasty, and there are so many types that it's impossible to try them all even if you take a little of everything. - The ocean-view rooms are incredibly relaxing, as you can hear the sound of the waves and watch the sunrise over the sea from the balcony. - Perhaps because it's not listed in Japanese travel guides, we didn't see any other Japanese guests besides ourselves. However, it's a hotel that I would highly recommend to Japanese travelers.

This is a fantastic property, especially from the villas. Well spaced, great views, good rooms and facilities. Outstanding. Easy access (25 mins) to Hoi An, but peaceful on its own. Great gym and spa; food was high quality with an outstanding breakfast
