Beautiful, clean & contemporary hotel and we enjoyed our stay in a room with a sea facing balcony! That was the best treat for my family of 3. Staff service was good with the exception of language barrier for several at room service and the breakfast table. But they are lovely folks who try to please. Thank you for a lovely stay in the hotel and the clear and a quiet beach to hang out ... .

poorly managed five-star property
Pros: Good between Hoi An and Da Nang Cons: 1) Rooms - no ventilation system, no door separating toilet and room so smell is trapped in the small room. Felt uncomfortable if you're traveling with friends or your siblings. Fridge is not cold despite trying to adjust the temperature 2) Charged on tiny things such as beach chair/tents by the swimming pool, only 2 or 3 star would charge on small things to optimize revenue to make up for cheap rate. 3) Breakfast was among the worst, no diversity, same food for 3 days, sad looking Mi Quang - one quail egg, one piece of pork belly fat and one tiny frozen shrimp with bland broth 4) Staff not operationally ready - 30 minutes late to scheduled beach kayaking without apology and even asked guests to carry the big canoe when we were waiting for 30 minutes. 5) Chaotic breakfast, no host to seat the guests so anyone could just enter and had breakfast. 6) No netflix, no HDMI cable, no chromecast and Shilla is under the Samsung empire, how ironic. In the end, i would never return and recommend to anyone. I regretted trying out new brands when should have just stick with professionally hotel management company.

다 좋은데 직원들이 친절하지가 않음
신축이라 깨끗하고 시설이 좋음 수영장도 아이들 놀기좋고 라탄가방, 라탄 조리 주는것도 너무 편하게 사용했음 그러나 신기하게 직원들이 그다지 친절하지 않음 친철하지 않다고 불편하진 않았지만 다시가게 된다면 다른 호텔을 알아볼듯 하네요

신라답게 한국인의 니즈에 아주 잘 맞춰진 곳입니다! 조식은 다른 후기들과 다르게 너무 맛있지는 않았지만 종류도 많고 무난하고 한식도 많았습니다. 수영장은 크고 깨끗하며 밤 10시까지 운영하며 밤에 불 켜진 호텔도 예쁘고 시원해서 수영장을 쓰려면 저녁에 쓰는걸 추천합니다. 룸컨디션은 최상이고 1층에서 파는 망고빙수도 맛있습니다!
