So relaxing !
Publié le 31 août 2024 sur HomeAwayPlace was very clean. Had everything we needed. we only left twice to get dinner. Views were amazing, beds were very comfortable. The dock and deck were really nice and private and comfortable ! We had a lovely week kayaking and tanning and playing games. We brought our own fire stick and switch for games and movies but there is a Roku there to sign into your streaming services. Wi-Fi was really good. Priced very well for a house right on the lake with its own dock and deck. The host was very responsive and friendly!

Nice location on the lake

Relaxing and refreshing.
Negatives: Bedrooms were small. Tap water had a funky smell. Porch windows need to be cleaned and lots of spiders out there.

I'm glad you found our home and location relaxing! Our return guests don't mind the smaller bedrooms because they are staying at our home for the outdoor lake-living lifestyle. As for the tap water, we have in fact, been waiting all summer to get someone here, when there are no guests, to install a water treatment system, which will be happening soon. As for the cobwebs on the sunroom window, our main priority for the cleaning team is a thorough "hygiene-clean," in the little time they have with same-day, back-to-back guests. And yes, there are a lot of spiders out there...one of the downsides of summer and living so close to a lake!

Great Lake Cottage

Nice Lakeside house

Several options, inside & out to enjoy your meals.
Our Grandkids had a fantastic time in the water, the smiles on their faces were priceless, they also both fished for the first time, and both caught a fish.
Kim was a great host as well, very easy to contact, and responds quickly
