Close to lake michigan got engaged at the tunnel park on the beach there over all it was a great place to stay staff was awesome. Room was clean and up to great condition will be back

Older property, but very clean. Location is so convenient within 5 miles of downtown Holland, the waterfront and other tourist attractions. Highly recommend 👌.

Very good experience overall. I booked at the last minute for a one-night stay. Only one room left in the whole place, possibly because of a soccer tournament in town. I chose this place even though it was a little more expensive than others nearby because the reviews were much better. I’m glad I did. The room seemed well-cleaned for the most part. There were a few long hairs stuck to the shower wall which is kind of gross plus what looked like mold on the bottom corner of the shower curtain. But everything else was very clean. I did also notice water collecting on the floor outside the pool room, I assume from a lot of back and forth with the kids. Could have posed a safety risk. But, in fairness, I didn’t mention it to anyone. I’m confident that if I did, they would have taken care of it right away. I was only there one night, but everyone I met on staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast had a nice variety. And checkout was at noon instead of 11 like most places I’ve been which made me feel a little better about paying last minute booking prices. I would definitely stay again and hopefully book far in advance to get a better rate.

The facility had Housekeeping only every other day. We had to go to the desk to ask for toilet paper, etc. We were there 2 nights, so on our return on our first full day the room had not been touched.
There was a hole in the wall opposite the room door where the door had slammed into the wall. The hole was covered with duct tape.
The bathroom fan did not work.
The bathtub faucet handle was not properly attached and could fall off.
