Loved indoor and outdoor hot tub. Complimentary breakfast had gluten free options and wide variety of items. Room had excessive wear and tear on carpet and door jams. Needed a serious carpet cleaning; the state of the room didn’t line up with the rest of the experience.

We have stayed at this hotel now at least once a year for the past several years. We have always enjoyed the stay and our kids always look forward to it! Very clean, great breakfast and amenities. Sharkee’s is nice too for a quick bite and drink.

Rooms were very comfortable. We stayed with a group with lots of kids. They had a great time in the pool. The indoor hot tub was closed which was too bad. The kids were looking forward to using it.

Clean, nice, but could use more actual management
Hotel was clean, breakfast was great. Was very full and pool area was nuts (young boy hockey teams staying there). Tried to get away in outside hot tub. At one point there were like 12 really young kids in the hot tub outside unsupervised and totally out of control (was kinda dangerous). Told manager. She just wasn't interested in intervening, besides asking if they had bracelets to swim. This continued with kids racing down the halls, screaming, yelling, etc. until probably midnight.
