Clean but barky

Property was clean rooms are comfortable however blinds initially did not work in window ( repaired later) and the barking of dogs in the lobby woke us up in the morning really should reconsider their dog policy.

Easy check in. The little lady was so sweet. There was another lady there who just blew me off as she was too busy messing with her computer. Our room was super nice. The annoying thing was there was a dog next door yipping, scratching the door and whining for 3 hours. I called the front desk and asked what their policy was on leaving dogs. Needless to say the owners were not complying. The poor dog. It took them an hour to get back. They left them stay and it happened the next day too. Hotels need to kick people out if they don’t follow policies. 200 a night with a dog flipping out is not worth it. Ppl. Be considerate If you take your dog traveling I’m sorry but don’t leave them alone in a strange place if you know they are going to be upset the entire time. I don’t care if they couldn’t go to supper with you. Order in. Hire a babysitter. Train them how to be kenneled, where they would feel safe while you are out and not get worked up.

Hot tubs good, indoor pool sufficient. My kids liked a couple games in their game room. Staff friendly. I think I over paid just a bit. I did receive text messages asking if I was satisfied with the room, had any issues etc. They clearly want feedback.

The check in and check out process was very easy. Very friendly staff. The room was beyond my expectations. Very well updated and clean. The pool and hot tub were tremendous. I honestly can’t think of any negatives. I will definitely stay here again in the future!
